I ordered online and it said my order would be ready for pick up at 2:15. My fiancé got there at 2:20 and nobody even acknowledged her until 2:30. Once they finally did they said they haven’t started the order yet so it would be another 15 minutes. I ordered the grilled cheese and this is what I got… The saddest looking grilled cheese I ever seen in my life. Pretty sure they put it in the microwave to melt the cheese.

I have a gastro intestinal issue and a lot of the time smoothies are the only thing I'm actually capable of eating. Well today I got off work at 4 in the morning and I was starving and all I wanted to do was grab my delicious smoothie and go home and go to bed. So I head to my trusty 24 hour local "Tropical Smoothie Cafe" and to my surprise it's closed.... I thought "well maybe they changed their hours" the sign on the door still says 24 hours ...google says they're 24 hours, but lights are off and no one in sight. Totally bummed me out :/ It's really not that big of a deal, I was just really looking forward to getting my smoothie.

I've been to Tropical Smoothie Cafes all over the US. I love the chain but not this location as it is by far the slowest smoothie restaurant of any kind that I've ever been to. And the smoothies just never taste right. It can take 15-30 minutes per car in the drive-thru line for anyone to get their smoothie. This is with zero customers in the actual store. How in the world does it take 15-30 minutes a car to make smoothies? Look at all the reviews and absolutely nothing being done. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Super rude to the Dasher. Accepted an order through the app that they couldn't make and wouldn't even talk to me over the phone. And the replacement item was culinary garbage.

Just really disappointed they don't know anything I asked about. I'm picky, I recognize that. But you should know when syrups are used vs fruits. Know the protein in your powders. If there is added sugar. I don't think this is isolated to just this store. Your employees really need training on your products. Or something to reference.

So, I been coming here for a while and stopped because I am always told they are not serving food. I thought soon they would change their menu options to just smoothies since this lady with blonde hair and glasses told me they no longer sell food but never did. One day my daughter comes home from school with a Tropical Smoothie wrap and chips and I ask her "where she got it from?" She said "Tropical Smoothie right by our house." I did not believe her so I went a couple days later and went to order food and to my surprise they started serving food again. So I asked the girl that took my drive thru order "when have y'all started serving food?" She stated "they have always served food but the store is going through some changes." I told her "no because a woman with glasses and blonde hair told me you guys do not sell food anymore!" I was then told that this person no longer works for the company and it is under new management? If this is true then all I have to say is "It is about time!" because I do not know who ran this store before but it was terrible. And now I come pretty much every day after I pick up my kids from school. The staff is very upbeat and friendly, very respectful and patient, and if I want to try something new they take the time to share their ideas with me and that is the way a company should be ran. I do not know what is going on now in this tropical smoothie location but keep up the great work. I hope your business starts to get busy again. Before this location would have a long line but i stopped coming in September and there was hardly any cars in the drive thru as I passed by and I just started coming again this month and now there is long lines but so worth the wait. My kids love to hang out here after school and its a safe cafe for her and her friends. Thank you to the staff of tropical smoothie that tries their hardest to make each visit a memorable one.

Everytime I go to this location there's only 1-2 workers it's so busy and very convenient from my house. The customer service is horrible the employees don't even tell you there name knowing there doing is wrong . It's important to have great customer service if there's issues in high sales or low labor . There's no reason they shouldn't make there customers the happiest they said it's a 15-20 min wait when I sat and watch the customer in front of me was out in 5 minutes. Not sure if there trying to scare there customers away . Two other cars in front me left as well not appropriate . Hire more people and nicer people that aren't gonna tell there customers they dont care . This industry your employees need to know the customer doesn't care if your busy or short they still want to be satisfied unfortunately and if they don't like that industry then find another .

Worst location I've ever been to. I ordered online expecting a quick pick up when I arrived. I get there and the door was locked. I then had to wait more than 30 minutes in the drive through. Then they didn't even have my order ready when I got to the window!
