Kinda disappointed. They charge for everything! Been better @ best Western. No coffee in the room. Trash around bed and in chest of drawers. At night green lights shine through window even with the shade drawn. Smelled of raw sewage. The lobby was grand and some of the employees were very helpful and polite. The stores over priced. Crush has the best hamburger ever and waiter was awesome.

Had so much fun visiting their shops and gambling for a few hours we had lunch at sushi samba for my daughter's birthday it was a stunning restaurant. I completely appreciate the attention to detail. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. I will definitely return on my next visit to Las Vegas.

Love the upgrades since the last time I was here several years ago. The lobby is very nice and spacious and everything looks like it's had a nice facelift. Being able to use the digital key on your cellphone is handy, although you have to hold it just right to get it to work. It's convenient being able to text a key to a guest of your choosing. Room was nice with a spacious bathroom and sitting area. We stayed in the grand strip view king and had a great view of the strip.

Went into the MGM Grand to have a look around. Had never been to Pieology before, so gave it a try. Basically, it is a create your own pizza, with the toppings and cheeses included in a flat rate price. Pizza was pretty good! Only con was the staff making the pizza who offered no assistance in making choices and seemed to care less. Enjoyed the food, however!

Phenomenal Hotel, from the front desk to the housekeeping, everyone is very polite and helpful with any issues you may have. I had a birthday blast with my family and close friends. We loved MGM so much we are already planning the next trip to come back and stay! Thank you MGM staff for a great weekend.

I've stayed here close to 10 times. It's the only hotel/ casino i stay at when in Vegas! Great rooms, accomdating and friendly staff. Lots of amenities. Just an overall great experience with everything that is offered here from the restaurants to the activities. Plus its in the heart of the strip so in walking distance to everything on the strip
