I placed an order online on Nov 7th 2021 for a pick up the next day. One of the staff contacted me stating they don't have anything and have to cancel my order. They had already charged my card and stated I will get a refund. Well, it's been almost 2 months in and still no refund nor has anyone contacted me back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.... its a FRAUD company!!!

I ordered the Rotifix Dabba which is a meal combo. You can pick 2 main dishes out of 4 (there is a fixed daily menu) and I picked black lentil / dal and Chicken Chetinad, a south indian style chicken curry. The meal combo comes with two main dishes, rice, 2 rotis, onion salad and pickle. It was hot and sealed in a box with 3-4 compartments. Nicely and tightly packaged. I loved the fresh, hot food. You might want to add rotis if you like them a lot or are planning to share the meal with someone. The meal combo was only $8.99 - great value for what you get - a fresh, hot, homestyle, delicious meal. I picked it up curbside and my order was sent to my car in less than a minute. Great experience. I also ordered a curry from their ready-to-eat by the pound menu and had it delivered ... along with fresh dosa batter. The batter had a perfect consistency and I added coconut chutney and podi masala to it. It was delicious! I love the convenience this new meal service company provides and since I love Indian food, I'll be ordering from here on a regular basis.

The food has been good but getting what we order and getting it when we arrive for pickup has never, ever happened. Given the promise of curbside pickup and specific times on the ordering website these issues are inexcusable! In fact I’ve been sitting here waiting 40 minutes on this visit alone. To top of all this off the server has even acknowledged the numerous issues with my visits.
