The man that works there is the worst employee ever!!!! He never wants to help customers and you can see that the other employees working with him are miserable and hate him as well, he's such a bad addition to this location I don't know how many times I can complain on him but I will no longer be going to this location anymore just to avoid this man he's just horrible period

Ok this was my first time eating at fat burger and I am not impressed. I understand they can’t cook any burgers under well, but we ordered a 1/2 # king and 1/3 # reg. This young lady cooking our burger took some nice looking beef and proceeded to press every bit of juice out of the meat, the whole time they cooked and this made them dry and tasteless. I also got a crispy chicken this too was over fried and also very dry, onion rings as well overall both over fried and both were dark brown, rather than golden brown. So save your money and go to In n Out Burger. Or if your staying at the Santa Fe Go and try out Keglers grill in the bowling alley 1/2 the price and very juicy burgers and chicken.

Came in after a long hike and bike ride. Two people behind the counter. Wouldn’t make eye contact. Finally the gentleman come to me and says we are not taking any orders right now. It’s 12:30pm. He walks away. I go back and ask when will you be taking orders? He said maybe 20 minutes. He keeps looking at the grill. I do believe they need to hire more people.
