Fantastic service a very busy McDonald's. Why? The other one 1 mile away is horrible compared to this one. Food is fast. Well made. Accurate orders. Food is hot and not cold on receipt. The customer service is accommodating. They service you in a way more professional fashion. I will drive the 2 extra miles for this McDonald's everytime. The best one in North West Nevada for sure. This will be my favorite over the Buffalo Road until they replace or train their staff to care, cook the food better, not stuff cold burgers they cooked an hour ago in stale buns or better yet remove the plastic from the lettuce bags from the burgers. No, nevermind. Stick to this location.

Awful drive-thru service from Haiven. You can tell he doesn’t want to deal with anyone at all & acts like he’s above working McDonalds.
The old Asian lady with the thick accent - however is always cheerful and sweet!

Usually when I go to this location, there's something wrong with my order or they take so long. I got a happy meal but didn't get the apple slices. I got a cheeseburger and the bread was hard and stale, the meat was burned and it was barely anything.
