Definitely hit and miss with this taco bell. I haven't had 1 visit in the last year where something wasn't wrong. Prior to this i've had some good experiences. If there is another taco bell you can go to, I suggest doing that. Idt they'll ever get it together ( my opinion)

Hot, fresh food with not too long of a wait. Store is always clean, crew is always helpful and friendly. Nobody hanging around doing nothing behind the counter, everyone busy

Got to the drive thru and was told “we’re only taking cash” we let the cashier know me had cash and she started laughing. Rushed us through our order, asked if we wanted any sauce. We asked for hot. Got to the window to pay and the cashier was talking to her coworker. When the change was given we said thank you and weren’t even acknowledged. Got our food said thank you, have a nice day. Ignored again, said have a nice day and after the 2nd time we’re acknowledged. No receipt was given, no sauce was in the bag. Giving 1 star since the got the order right at least. Poor customer service.

Had like 7 people working there, and 3 customers in the line. The workers were still acting erratic like it was the busiest taco bell in the world. The lady with purple hair can't handle it. They call your number once(barely audible) the. Leave it behind the counter until you ask about it. Never again

The lady with the purple hair should be fired. She might be the Manager too. She doesn’t want to give people their orders that they paid for or gives you the wrong order. Or learn how to read the correct customer’s name. Never again!

So filthy I’m too grossed out to eat. There is sauce on the walls, every table soiled, shredded cheese and sauce packets everywhere like a Taco Bell nightmare. A little marijuana on the table so don’t bring young children here if you’d rather avoid them ingesting narcotics. The cashier is sloppy and disrespectful.

The tacos were excellent and the cashier was polite. The bathroom was clean also. I will continue to do business there.

Unfortunately Taco Bell has fallen off ever since they removed nearly half of their menu items. Food is sometimes cold and often will make you feel sick at times.
