Subway

My friend and I came to this Subway because it had a 4 star overall review, but it’s definitely not a 4 star. First we waited forever in the line, and there was only one person in front of us. Both guys working seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. One guy seemed like he hated his job, and he was even speaking rudely to his coworker when he was trying to tell him what kind of sandwich I had. My friend ordered a soup, which you’d think wouldn’t take long to get, but we sat down and ate our entire sandwiches and he still didn’t have his soup until he had asked the workers three different times. Get some better employees.

The food is just exquisite. Usually, well everytime I go there, there is always a friendly worker giving greetings to us as we walk in. It's a different worker each time, by the way. So they're really polite in business in Subway. They never mix your orders up, so that's pretty good. Everything is always replaced in quick timing, sequenced, and clean. Health inspectors can say so themself. I went here since I was going to Lake Mead. The hotel I was going to particularly didn't have good food or much of it either. So I decided to get a quick sub sandwich and off way. This place is amazing, you should take time and eat away here! ✌

Staff was okay- didn't seem like they wanted to be there; unattentive and moved incredibly slower than other Subway chains in the city. Clean restaurant, sandwiches were good, bread was delicious. Ran out of onions, didn't bother offering to prep more. Outside seating needed attention- dusty, old food/ drink stains on the tables. Just okay.

I'd give this place 6 STARS if I could! All the workers here are friendly! The don't make a face when you ask for extra mayo, or act like they would rather be at the dentist than to be working there and serving you. No punk kids here. Good people. And the bread is always fresh! Along with the meat and veggies too. High quality for a subway. Compared to the westside of town (Summerlin) where I moved from. I used to go to two different subways. Half the time the bread was stale or hard. Stale hard bread = terrible sandwich, no matter what's on it. And the workers acted like you being there was a total inconvenience to their phone texting time. Whoever owns this place needs to do business seminars for half the fast food joints in America! They just don't get it...

@3:40pm, The staff here at this time was polite and professional. Especially Deshawn. He's a well-spoken gentleman. He also took the time to cut the omelet egg in half to ensure a better fold of my sandwich so none of the toppings spill out onto the paper (which always happens). It's the little techniques like this which separates a avg sandwich to a superb quality sandwich. Thanks Deshawn! 👍🏾
