Horrible customer service. Rude drive thru attendant and a very slow staff. Food may look good because of my camera but I can honestly say, the rice was in clumps, the broccoli was a weird brown color and the food over all was a no. I do not recommend coming to this location at all.

Good overcooked and left to sit and get soggy never fresh seems, so upsetting after almost 30$ later noodles taste horrible

They always mess my order up. So this time I ordered with postmates and they still messed it up. Come on people, just read the ticket and double check it before giving it to customers. Simple dont need experience to read, everyone supposedly finished grammar school? More than 10 times errors, sad! I keep going but a new next restaurant coming for competition has better orange chicken, will give them my business.

I wish I could give them a 0... I walked in at 920.. they said they weren't making any more food and I could order from the 3 options they had.. such trash service.. and the manager was the worst one.. no wonder she is a manager at a fast food place.

Stopped into this location wanting to get something for dinner...
Restaurant dining area is SPOTLESS and good service with attentive staff (ordered a plate special, chicken egg roll, and a large drink)...quite tasty

I ordered one large a la carte chow-mein and one small Beijing beef.. when I got home I had two being beef … this is why people get upset when food orders are taken wrong 😑 because nobody wants to go BACK OUT and ask for what should of already been given to them!

The rice isn't as good before the Pandemic. I don't know what happened. However everything cooked for sides were good. Nonetheless I don't think it was Jasmine rice. Customer service A+.

We understand we had to wait on food but we asked 3 times for Teriyaki sauce for our Teriyaki chicken. Never received it went back thru drive thru and asked again for 2 to 3 packets and they kept questioning us on what we ordered and only gave us 1. I was so tired of trying to get sauce for my family meal, I drove home. I love the location for drive thru but really. Then there were no Fortune cookies for our dessert in bag.🤣😂🤣
