Order placed 4.14.22 at 12:50 pm. Ordered a biggie meal, not only were a quarter of the fries still frozen, the burger was not fully cooked, cheese not melted, the drive through staff did not hand me back my change and receipt until requested. Regardless if its 8 cents or a dollar, its still theft. This location needs better management, I will find a different location from now on.

My husband and I ordered breakfast today and it was thoughtful of them to put our orders in separate bags so we won't have to dig and look for our food. The host was Jocelyn. It's those small things that counts. 😊

Got a big chicken sandwich combo, delicious!! Will be getting another one soon :) The only thing I disliked is the girl was on her phone for a second, when I pulled up in drive thru, she then opened her window as she's talking to an employee, takes my card out of my hand without a glance at me or a word said to me. She did speak when giving me my food and she did tell me to have a good day. Will be back!

Food is always cold, it's like the food has been cooked and sitting for hours!!! This store is a mess!!! The District Manager needs to hire a store manager for this location!!! Very bad customer service and the wait time is over 37 minutes for 5 biggie bags! I asked for fresh food when I ordered at the speaker and I GOT COLD FOOD!!!

I give Wendy's this rating not because of the employees,food or service but because more participation with Wendy's to do the special event named Mortys from the adult swim cartoon show on television,I truly believe Wendy's would ultimately receive way more service daily

They need to upgrade the drive thru speaker I can't ever hear them. Food is hot. No complaints on emoyees! Warm food. Long lines. Long wait.

We were waiting over 20 minutes, another car were in front of us. then they finally took his order and when it was our turn she say the system was down. But clearly it was not down because The guy who order before us happened to be one of their friends maybe. It’s all lazy people at this place. I went around 10:35pm. Please someone need to be fired
