Dave and Sebastian were absolutely amazing. They are so sweet. Even though they messed up my sandwich (I loved the other option anyway) they did their best to make it right. Customer service like this makes me always want to come back.

They have a great reputation for good sandwiches here but, that was my first and last time unless they change.I was there Sunday July 26 the fellow that took my credit card also made my sandwich. I never took my eyes off of him.He had on protective gloves but never took them off and, was making several sandwiches for multiple customers. I wanted to say something but, because I had on a face shield and a mask I was reluctant to say anything plus I was working. The next day my stomach is upset. I am contacting management ASAP. They must change this policy

This was not a very good (more or less awkward) experience I had with this restaurant. I made an order online for The Bobbie sandwich because I really wanted it super bad! The ordering process was a breeze, and then I went to go pick it up. I went in to grab it, the gentleman in the front (whom I can't identify) was not able to locate my order for a moment. I told him what I ordered, and the information on the order. Then after rummaging through the fridge, he pulled out a sandwich, had me sign a receipt and I was on my way. And then it was all good. Or so I thought. I get to my destination, open a sandwich and Oh Snap! It's not a Bobbie! I called the store 15 minutes after picking up the sandwich and spoke to someone named Randall, (probably the same person I picked up from). I told him I had gotten the wrong sandwich and I asked if I can come back to the store to exchange it. He said, "Uhh you would have to come back tomorrow because we ran out of bread." I was quite dumbfounded because you would think they would have a decent supply of bread? Since I couldn't get an exchange, I asked for a refund of the sandwich instead. He hesitated on the phone and then asked me again what was wrong with the sandwich. I told him once again it was not The Bobbie and it was something totally different; only similarity was MAYBE the meat. He then just told me he issued the refund, and the call ended. The refund was issued almost instantly, so I am glad the individual I spoke to honored that. Normally I am not pushy on getting an exchange/refund request, but mind you, The Bobbie is one of the more "Premium Items", which carries a higher price tag, so I wanted to make sure I didn't get screwed over. Thankfully that was not the case here. Regrettably, the people I interacted with throughout the ordeal did not seem to be very accommodating; and I am still bewildered by the fact they "ran out of bread". If there is an issue with inventory, that should be something management needs to be on top of, because that is quite ridiculous. Attached are the pictures of the sandwich I ordered, compared to what I got, which is very clearly not The Bobbie. This might have just been a minor mistake on someone's end, but it does not inspire confidence for me to order at this location again. However, again, I do appreciate that they were cooperative and were able to issue the refund, so they have my thanks for that.

Whats the point of a mobile order if they give your sandwich away, then or don’t make it till you get there. I order at 11:30am and end up waiting 45+ plus minutes. Nobody acknowledged me and when I was talked to I was given attitude. Sandwiches are good. Customer service. Not so much.

First they mess my moms order up and put onions and seasoning on it when she specifically asked for none called them and they found her order told her she was right and they would give her a free replacement but it's to late to go back she had to eat something at home. Then me and my dads sandwich didnt even have enough meat to fill the bread we each got the 18 inch and we finished it which we shouldn't be able to. 71.00 order pretty disappointed will hit Cheyenne location next time have had plenty bad experiences here.
