Good food decent prices. Little hole in the wall friendly and prompt service. Love the pho vermicelli is good. Grilled pork chop is my favorite Spring rolls are a little on the small side. Tried the Vietnamese ice coffee and Thai tea both were delicious.

Pho Saigon 8 is our favorite pho place. We have been at all the popular pho locations but Pho Saigon 8 is our favorite. We always get the pho tai and the broth is the best. It is so savory compared to the rest. The other places have a sweetness to it we don't like. We also get the fried rolls which is awesome. We use to go to the spring mountain location, but this Rainbow location is much closer and newer. Best pho in town!

Friendly staffs, clean and modern atmosphere, authentic Vietnamese food! A tip If you like Pho, get a large size which is a dollar more expensive than the small size. It’s worth it! Sometimes the broth can be salty so order some hot water and put it in the soup:)

Pho hit Seattle quite a bit earlier than it did everywhere else in the US. There are a few other cities that got up to speed pretty quickly but there are almost more pho restaurants in Western WA than there are McDonald's and that's a good thing. Two of my three kids are adults and the third will be 18 next year. All of them grew up on pho and will pick that over burgers or nearly anything else when they are choosing a quick lunch meal. Needless to say, our standard for pho is pretty high and we had not been able to find anything that we liked since moving to Las Vegas last year until our 17 year old walked into Pho Saigon 8. She is the member of the family who is the most obsessed with it and I don't think she can even remember a time in her life before our family discovered it and started eating it. Her taste is on point. She had to coax us all into trying this because everything else we had tried here was not very good. We had found one place that was good the first time but hasn't been since. We have almost completely transitioned over to Ramen, which is actually a lot better in LV than it is in Seattle. In further proof that Pavlov's Dog experiments were a legitimate scientific finding, I crave pho every time it rains here, which isn't often but when it does, the craving is intense. I also kind of crave it if I'm sick or my stomach is tender but ramen works for that as well. Last night, my stomach wasn't feeling well and after hearing her go on about this place, I ordered dinner for the family there. It was outstanding. It was at least as good but possibly better than everything we loved back home. One of my pet peaves is when people start playing with the flavor. If it's too sweet or I can taste cinnamon, that's a fail in my world. This broth was perfect. The noodles were clearly fresh and not dried out at all and the meat was tender and perfectly sliced. I've had meat in many places that is sliced wrong and tough. That was not the case here at all. My one complaint, and it is a significant complaint, is that the prices here are 30% higher than our favorite places in WA, which is far more expensive for nearly everything than NV. I almost didn't order from them when they told me my total. I had found an older version of their menu on the internet when I was seeking to order and they had raised the prices over 25% since that menu was posted. At first I thought they were jerking me around when their total came up to more than $12 more than what I had calculated. I told them what the menu I was looking at said and they told me that they had raised their cost. That's pretty near the tipping point for me when ramen often costs a dollar less for the same amount and you get a lot more in it. I guess they'll see me when it's raining but they won't see us twice a week like the Than Bros back in WA usually did. Their XL size ran about $6.95 and that's gone up from the $5.50 it used to be and had a lot more broth and noodles in it. Annoyance at the price aside though, this is genuinely the best pho that we've found here
