I think they were having an off day. Place was nearly empty and it took them 20 minutes to get my order. I honestly think they forgot about my order. Manager have me frosty to make up for it. However it looks like no one has looked at the dining room for a couple of hours. Trash piled up. Dirty tables. No napkins or ketchup. No ice in the soda machine

I used to love Wendy’s. #1 place for fries, yummy chicken sandwiches and lemonade was perfect. Everything tasted fresh. Sadly for the last 2 years this particular Wendy’s has been the opposite. The fries are always cold, limp, and taste reheated. The produce is always old and mushy, nothing taste fresh, lemonade is mostly water. Do not eat here. You will regret it. I thought maybe things were off but after trying this particular Wendy’s for the 3rd time this year it is clear the staff just doesn’t care. I feel sick after taking a few bites. I will show a photo of my food. 🤮🤮🤮

I won’t go back. Frosty over flowing and I asked to help clean it up, the kid threw me a napkin in my car window. Hamburger was overflowing with salad dressing and messy. Barely edible. They could only take cards. No cash. Parking lot dark. Not only was the food terrible but I didn’t feel safe.

The bottom bun of my sandwich was hard must’ve been stale). And they put a spicy nugget in my 4 piece nugget. I had to come back through drive through because they got my sandwich wrong.
All of this happened in 1 visit. Let’s do better Wendy’s 😣

I wish I could give this a zero. I have NEVER written a complaint online. Even with serious inconveniences. But this was insane. Firstly. I ordered a Preztel Pub burger. They gave us normal buns. I called them and they said "We didn't have pretzel buns so we gave you those". Ok or you could just cancel the order? Secondly. I found a HAIR embedded in one of those burgers. Thirdly. The chilly was cold and there was almost no meat. The beans were soggy. The sodas were also flat. Like what is actually happening?

Won't ever revisit this location. They didn't have chocolate flavor for the frosty, didn't have BBQ sauce, didn't have receipt paper. Par for the course. The frustrating part was the entitled attitudes of the crew members. The cashier at the drive thru came to the window said the total and grabbed my card. Then a boy comes and SHOVES the bag of food in my hand. Then the drive thru girl hands me the frosty with vanilla all over it. As result, I had to quickly grab a napkin out of the bag to clean it off. Asked for a receipt so I could give feedback and was dismissed by the young boy. Nothing too major I just have a zero tolerance for lack of customer service skills.

On my way to work I go here just before 1pm no cars in drive thru awesome. Order 4for4 they say all we can give is a jr burger with .... Ok I replied, what kind of sauce for your nuggets is asked I replied bbq.... Drink a coke 1st window I pay 2nd window food I sit down at my security post for work and no BBQ in the bag. Bun on the burger was hard. Fries and nuggets were fresh but with no BBQ or ketchup C'mon

I'm familiar with most of the late shift female managers. Really nice people that work here, I just wish the food tasted as fresh as the newly renovated Wendy's...
