Jade Chinese Restaurant - Las Vegas - Photo album

Let's open with a warning, the food is quite salty. If you're not used to eating high sodium diet, I can see some difficulties with this food. I would say this is at least one of the top three dim sum places I've ever been to. The portions are also very generous and we indeed over-ordered. But the
In A Nutshell: -The Hong Kong Garden Seafood & Dim Sum Cafe restaurant serves up some decently good dim sum. -Rather than pushing carts around, you will select your items using the paper menu & pencil. -The service is very fast & efficient so there isn't much waiting after you order. -The chrysanth

Came on a Monday about 530 pm. No wait. Very good Roast Duck and congee. Braised Beef soup also good. They even gave me a red bean soup for dessert (with tapioca pearls; what a treat). Reminds me of my childhood. This is my first time. I'll make sure to come back.
