Sage Sushi is top notch! I frequent many sushi restaurants/bars all over Vegas and as far as the food, it can't be beat! The service is impeccable and prices are very reasonable! I live nowhere near Sage Sushi but I will make the drive to get what I want any day of the week!
I sat at the bar and talked to Shinji the Chef. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Sushi, a true Master in his field. I would recommend trying several different rolls and letting him know which you liked and then his recommendations are spot on. Most certainly coming back.

I am a regular. They know what I want so if I just order California roll the waitress comes back because the chef wants to know if I want masago on top today. Relaxed place...Service slow at night.

We've been coming here for 13-14yrs. I can't tell you how many times ownership has changed. Lol! Sometimes service is so-so, but most times its top notch. Its not fancy, very neighborhood type place.
