I want to give an update on my return experience to Red Robin Gourmet Burger. My disappointment frim the previous visit did not go well at all and I think it was due to various reasons that were out of the general managers control and could not be rectified at the time. but with exchanged emails with her, every single issue was resolved. Our return visit on 6/28/2023 was absolutely flawless from beginning to end, and the food was perfectly done to our requested order!. The server (Eleanor went above and beyond to take care of us along with her other tables as well and was constantly making sure that everyone was happy with their food).. The burgers were great, fries were hot and perfectly seasoned and our drinks were never empty!! I would like to thank the general manager for rectifying the issue and handling it in the most personal and professional manner. I would also like to thank our server Eleanor for giving us a great experience and taking great care of us.. We will definitely return!! The burgers seem to be getting smaller and the handmade patties are definitely NOT handmade. The French Fries were grossly over salted and will leave you with the feeling of dehydration and the pretzels were deep fried and burnt!. The service on the other hand was really good.

The restaurant was heavily perfumed. It was the restroom that needed perfume. The music was loud for me. I just wish it drowned out the young kids. It seemed like a kids party without any fanfare. This isn't really a kids party kind of place. At least the food was really good. I found it quite filling.

Looking for great atmosphere, music and excellent customer service then downtown Summerlin Red Robin is your place. It’s an bit pricey $$$ so, if you like gourmet burgers this is your place. Lunch is an great time to go waiting time seems to be short. Become an rewards member to get great deals on specials. Today meals was inexpensive since I had an free burger on top of the 10.00 burger special. Handicap parking accessible, lots of parking and family friendly.

Some days are better than others so we like to switch between Henderson Red Robin and Summerlin Red Robin, but either could be a good choice IMO. Food was great today tried new Tycoon Burger it was tasty just nothing special about the portobello. I'd stick with the regular shroom.

Always love eating here. Bottomless fries, bottomless garlic fries, and bottonless salad too! (You need to ask for it if it is not offered to you.) Even though bottomless salad is on the menu, it most-likely will not be offered by the server. (The bottomless fries and salad help to fill everyone up and keep everyone quiet too.) Crazy-haired hostesses and servers make it feel less-professional and I wish it were in their employee handbook to keep keep hair one color and a reasonable shade. (This isn't Hot Topic, and I don't think RR Corp would appreciate ruining their reputation for having colorful, nose-pierced hostesses with rude personalities seat you and make sure your family never returns to their neighborhood-friendly franchise, but would rather have hostesses who are friendly, welcoming and presentable who would give that homey-vibe of 'Thank you, nice to see you again for always coming back and supporting our restaurant business and supporting our paychecks' and 'I hope to see you again next week' to earn your trust and business back kind of attitude.) Appearance, attitude, and good customer service is everything in winning customers back! The restrooms always need help and are stinky. The manager needs to pay attention to that, not just going around to check if 'everything is all right. If they have a minute to make the rounds to talk to the families, they have time to check the restrooms too! Otherwise, this place is a pretty good place to eat for taking your family and friends.

I really really love this place!! Specifically this Summerlin location. Brandon, the waiter was AWESOME! 5 stars to him. I can actually say that he has been the best waiter I have ever had at all there locations in the valley!! He was super friendly and came by often to see if we were doing okay and needed anything!! Came here for my annual birthday burger. One the best things ever that Red Robin does for signing up for their rewards program.
We were greeted when we walked in and told the hostess we wanted to just go to the bar. When we first seated our waitress got our drinks quickly. I must always have their turkey burger. Thankfully they had some because the waitress said they were out, she asked another waitress and she went to look and they just got them in that morning.
The turkey burger is always delicious and juicy. You can substitute any signature burger for a turkey patty. I always get the Burnin Love. I love my food spicy and it never disappoints. That’s what I love about this Red Robin. They’re always consistent. Also I ordered an upgrade of garlic fries. They gave me regular fries. I told the waitress and she put in an order. It took a while for them to come out so she ended up comping the upgrade.
Also I put my birthday burger coupon on the kiosk they have at the table. The waitress saw that and brought me out a sundae. It was so unexpected. I love that she went above and beyond. The restaurant manager was also just doing work at the table next to us. On our way out he said goodbye and wished me a happy birthday.

Had to wait 20 min food was fast to our waiter was fast n super nice n saw us when we needed something never ignored prices are great. Unlimited fries super cool. I was starving went to crazy busy ren fair didn't eat all day. So I was hungry. Great experience this was best part of my day. I was even dressed like a pirate n no one made me feel awkward lol.

Ordered take out with convenient curbside pickup tonight. They have Donato's pizza which was delicious. Ordered the bacon pub burger on a pretzel bun that came with beer cheese sauce. It was SO good! Steak fries were good but needed to be cooked a little longer. Still highly recommended.

Great burger joint. Good beer and good food without being extraordinary. Great service and the atmosphere is similar to any other USA type of restaurant. The bottomless soft drinks and fries is always a plus but there is no way someone can abuse something like that.
Overall a good experience.

This was my 2nd time visiting a Red Robin. First time was in my hometown of Topeka Kansas, and I must say this location here in Vegas is way better. Food was hott, fries were delish and service was great. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is my boyfriend's and I burger was a lil over done an the waitress pointed out the biggest burgers Red Robin offers (which were around $14) but they're definitely not worth the price. They were very tasty though. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu options!!

Went here for my friends Birthday, and was the worst experience ever. Found a giant piece of Tin foil in the burger not only that, they messed up my drink order and gave us cold fries to go with the "meal".
After we told management about the foil in the food. He took that off the check, but then charged us for the replacement food!
Needless to say, I spent $60 for a meal that was less than adequate...

Waited ten minutes before even asked what I wanted to drink. As soon as my appetizer came I asked for campfire sauce. Something so simple right? Not for them, I asked three different people a total of at least five times. INCLUDING my waitress that I asked at least three times. Never got my campfire sauce. Definitely won’t be back to this location!

They are always slow here no matter what time you go and don't like to bring you refills on fries or drinks. Served my family cold inedible food and forgot an entire meal on our last visit. Wont be going back to this one

I have been to Red Robin many many times before and always enjoyed it.....tonight was the worst!!! Burger was not cooked properly fries were cold and. Y the time they brought fresh fries we were through eating....the offered desert as a comp and brought 1 piece of Cheesecake topped with frozen strawberries and the cheesecake was frozen....service was slow and below Avery would have enjoyed Carl's Jr. much better

Jamie was our server it was for my birthday and she made it a very special and fun from the moment we came through the door she took time with us and made sure our food was perfect!! We will go back and request Jamie for our server! I talked with a neighbor of ours and they had Jamie as we did and said it was great service also. Thank you Jamie for making my birthday dinner special!!!

The food was really good. The service not so much. Never got a refill on my “bottomless” iced tea, fries or Mac and cheese. Pretty sure that’s the gimmick. We waited for our food order for more than 20 minutes after we finished our appetizer. If you want to eat here just make sure you’re patient.

They didn't have the mix to make a drink. (.the other Red Robin has it , so it's not 'we don't carry that ".
The fries came like a total of 10. (The other Red Robin brought them out in a 'basket' full.
The garlic fries weren't that good. Other people were complaining about theirs also.

HORRIBLE experience. Took 15 minutes to place our order...server was in the back and chatting with another table...30 minutes until a guy..not our server.. came out from the back with our food...we were getting up and leaving because a table that sat down 15 minutes AFTER we got there got their food first.
This was not a busy time, maybe 3 or 4 other tables were taken.
I would much rather of spent 45 minutes doing something productive rather than getting this kind of service.
Left hungry and pissed.
Avoid this location at all costs...and if you do go to this one make sure your server isn't Brittany and Manager on duty was Ricardo I was told by the hostess when I asked on my way out.
Called corporate because this is unacceptable. EVERYTHING EXECUTED POORLY.
