Red Robin

The restaurant was heavily perfumed. It was the restroom that needed perfume. The music was loud for me. I just wish it drowned out the young kids. It seemed like a kids party without any fanfare. This isn't really a kids party kind of place. At least the food was really good. I found it quite filling.

Had to wait 20 min food was fast to our waiter was fast n super nice n saw us when we needed something never ignored prices are great. Unlimited fries super cool. I was starving went to crazy busy ren fair didn't eat all day. So I was hungry. Great experience this was best part of my day. I was even dressed like a pirate n no one made me feel awkward lol.

I really really love this place!! Specifically this Summerlin location. Brandon, the waiter was AWESOME! 5 stars to him. I can actually say that he has been the best waiter I have ever had at all there locations in the valley!! He was super friendly and came by often to see if we were doing okay and needed anything!! Thanks again for your great service. Mary the manager was an absolute sweetheart

-------------UPDATE------------ I want to give an update on my return experience to Red Robin Gourmet Burger. My disappointment frim the previous visit did not go well at all and I think it was due to various reasons that were out of the general managers control and could not be rectified at the time. but with exchanged emails with her, every single issue was resolved. Our return visit on 6/28/2023 was absolutely flawless from beginning to end, and the food was perfectly done to our requested order!. The server (Eleanor went above and beyond to take care of us along with her other tables as well and was constantly making sure that everyone was happy with their food).. The burgers were great, fries were hot and perfectly seasoned and our drinks were never empty!! I would like to thank the general manager for rectifying the issue and handling it in the most personal and professional manner. I would also like to thank our server Eleanor for giving us a great experience and taking great care of us.. We will definitely return!! The burgers seem to be getting smaller and the handmade patties are definitely NOT handmade. The French Fries were grossly over salted and will leave you with the feeling of dehydration and the pretzels were deep fried and burnt!. The service on the other hand was really good.

Looking for great atmosphere, music and excellent customer service then downtown Summerlin Red Robin is your place. It’s an bit pricey $$$ so, if you like gourmet burgers this is your place. Lunch is an great time to go waiting time seems to be short. Become an rewards member to get great deals on specials. Today meals was inexpensive since I had an free burger on top of the 10.00 burger special. Handicap parking accessible, lots of parking and family friendly.
