Roma Coffee

I saw this place on Google maps and thought it was worth a try. I was thoroughly impressed! The place had a nice European cafe vibe/ambience, which we enjoyed. From the outside, you’d never expect it to be nice and busy inside. I had the egg and provolone croissant sandwich and the “waffles and more”, while my mother had the avocado toast with poached egg. Everything was good, and we were very pleased with the taste and the freshness! The price was also good. My only complaints, however, are that they didn’t have bananas (the waffle was supposed to have bananas on it along with other berries), and that the strawberry smoothie (was supposed to be a strawberry banana smoothie) resembled a slushie in texture rather than smoothie. Despite this, the food was great overall, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone in the area!

Roma is one of my new favorites because not only do they have delicious coffee, their food is fabulous too! I've tried both hot and iced coffees and multiple flatbreads, and all were great. The service is friendly, and food is made fresh, so it does take a few moments to be prepared. Seating is ample, both in and out of the restaurant. Plus, their chairs are soft and great for coffee meetings. I'm definitely looking forward to dining here again!

We liked this place. In addition to coffee they had all sorts of pastries, sandwiches, and pizzas. We tried some of their croissants and they were very good (the second best we've had in Vegas). They are made in house. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. It was hot and freshly cooked. They serve Lavazza brand coffee. It's not my favorite (go Illy) but it's very popular. The interior is somewhat industrial but has lots of comfortable chairs and sofas. It's not very loud, which I find appealing.

Roma Coffee truly exceeded my expectations! The breakfast options available are absolutely delightful, and the smoked salmon avocado toast left a lasting impression. It was flawlessly executed, with a harmonious blend of textures, flavors, and colors that appealed to both my eyes and palate. Additionally, the coffee served at Roma Coffee is of exceptional quality, boasting a delightful taste that I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend adding this gem to your list of regular stops as it is sure to leave you impressed.

An amazing hidden gem of a find in summerlin, Las Vegas. Almost reluctant to share a review so we can keep it our little secret. A true European/Italian cafe feel. Fantastic coffee, pastries and food. Very tasty and delicious, fast and friendly service and in a very accessible uncrowded location. Nice to see places like this finally appearing in Vegas that can claim to be European.
