They never mess up my order at this location & always do an excellent job! The food is always very good! The Asiago chicken ranch club changed my life & the tropical green tea is delicious! Wendy's packaging says, "Quality is our recipe" and it certainly shows in the taste of the food! Keep up the good work & don't change a thing. Wendy's is the best of all fast food!
This Wendy's location is continually slow after 5pm. Long lines, out of products, fries taste refried due to sitting too long. I don't live far from here, and the last few times have been disappointing. However, the employees are super friendly and clearly stressed. I would go again, but leave if the drive-thru line is too long.

I had an issue with an online delivery order (nothing major, missing some side items) and, when sent a form asking for feedback, I mentioned the issues. I honestly thought that was going to DoorDash but IMMEDIATELY after submitting the form, I received a voicemail from the general manager, Kathy. She apologized and offered a discount on my next visit. I am beyond impressed that their manager cares so much about customer experience.
Food was good. I had a salad, the summer feature, very good. Staff was competent but didn't d anything special. Didn't get our order right. It was clean for a fast food place & plenty of room to sit.

Don’t always have time to come in to fast food establishments, coming in to this one was a pleasant surprise. Dining area is kept very clean..lots of seating area.

Used their drive-thru. Speaker quality was excellent. Order was fast and as expected.
Only problem is, they cannot accept contactless payments (like Google-Pay or Apple-pay) so even during this pandemic, you're having to handle cash or let them hold your credit card.
