Mgm Pool Cafe

Came early, and it was nice and quiet. Towels were provided. A staff member checked room keys at the entrance. All the pools were open, even on a weekday morning. Very pleased they were open. If i remember correctly the pool snack shack was open before any of the other in hotel conveince store type things.

Our group of 10 have been so impressed with our server, Jona. She keeps the drinks flowing and goes out of her way to make the pool service amazing. Always friendly and accurate. It's impressive how she keeps the checks and orders all straight. Thanks so much, Jona, for making our three pool days so enjoyable and remembering us from other visits. Keep up the great work.

The cabana was clean and spacious. It was stocked with water on the top shelf. The hostess was responsive to the parties' needs. It took them a while to be more personable but vhecked yp on us regularly. The food was pricy but good. The fries were crisp and delicious. We ordered a Dole whip, but when we got it, it seemed like it was sitting for a while before it was delivered. When the top was taken off, there was a hole to the bottom on the middle. It was definitely not what you would expect from the establishment. Having a cabana provides a better experience.

We were in town for a short trip and spent part of our day at the pool. Melissa was our server and was so great - personable and friendly! The pools were not overly crowded. Maybe because it’s Sunday or maybe because it’s April?? Either way, great drinks and a good chips and guac snack to get us through the afternoon. I wish you could order more personalized drinks from their mobile option, but fortunately Melissa was there to take our order and deliver great service! (Photo is view from our room)
