This is a restaurant that features Chinese flour style shop. It focuses on various types of noodles, savory pancakes, and rice. There are many meats and side dishes that accompany the main fare of noodles, etc. The Mongolian beef pie and Chinese pancake beef burrito are good examples of the types of fare it serves. Of course it also serves the traditional beef broth noodle with 3 type of noodles shapes. Overall, the food is tasty and good.
We had visited here before and liked it, and I have seen some negative reviews as of late and wanted to try it again. We liked it just as much as the first time. The service was good, no issues. I got short ribs and they were great, not chewy at all as another reviewer noted, and the flavor was robust as well. The rice was cooked perfectly. The little beef burritos were pretty tasty as an appetizer too. They aren't super fancy, but for $9, they did the trick. The Shanxi Sliced noodles were tasty as well. I will say that we were the only people being served in the place on this trip, so perhaps that has something to do with the difference in quality we saw, to what other reviewers have been receiving.
I came here today for some hot soup to go. I came home and immediately started devouring this amazing dish. The place was clean, the staff was super nice and wearing a mask, and their prices were very reasonable. Thanks so much for the wonderful lunch. I definitely will invite some friends and come back again soon. Happy Holidays!
Noodle is hand made!! Pork Potstickers are juicy and full of filling. Cucumber you can taste the freshness cut! Everything is freshly made, must come again! Must try!! Friendly price!!
If you’re looking for authentic Chinese food I would like to give it a 4 star. But if you’re looking for alternative choice for Chinese food, I would recommend it. Good service, food taste good but more in fusion style. Price is reasonable. Recommend this place
This place was delicious!! I highly recommend it! The noodles are so tender and fresh, and the broth flavorful without being heavy or overwhelming. They have some basic classics for your friends who may need a taste of the familiar. The only criticism is that they don't serve drinks in glasses. If you order an iced tea, it's going to be one of those bottled sweet teas you can get at the gas station. Also it was our waitress's first day and she was having a bit of a hard time learning, but she was nice!
Authentic hand pulled Chinese noodles 🍜 super delicious. The pork belly string bean noodle was my favorite so far and for appetizer the beef pancakes were very yummy! Salad was so healthy fresh. It had crispy cucumber and black mushrooms. I'm definitely returning to try more.
Wasn't crowded for lunch and staff was friendly to help.Ordered the Shanxi sliced noodles, scallion pancakes and some passion fruit tea. The noodles were great and hearty to eat. Really beefy and spiced up broth that made me want some more. The scallion pancakes were nothing special but if anything to soak more of the soup broth with. I'll definitely come again to try the other noodle dishes.
Well worth the drive. Fresh Hand-stretched noodles in a spicy broth. Thicker, fresh, hand-cut noodles in a beef broth, and spicy wontons. Simply incredible and delicious. Clean, comfortable, modern interior. Friendly staff. Definitely a place to visit each trip to Vegas.
Cute little spot, waitress was very attentive, food was good! The portions/size of the dim sum were smaller than our usual go to spot, but this place was much closer so we decided to give it a chance. Overall happy with the experience and will definitely come back again/order out!
