Ihop

Honestly, IHOP needs to update their entire floor. The tables all are wobbly and the booths are tiny. With that said, I come here a few times a year when my husband wants the cinnastack pancakes. Usually when we go there's like 1 or 2 people handling each section of the floor. They're too busy to tend to everyone constantly. I usually have to grab my own silverware or hot sauce from their area near the kitchen door. The food is good and the servers are nice. Just don't expect to have your drink refilled without you asking directly while your server is flying by.

Decided to stop at this IHOP restaurant for a late breakfast. Ample parking and we were seated within minutes of entering this restaurant. Our server Jesus, was very prompt in getting our drink order and entree within 5 minutes of being seated. It was a busy afternoon, but we were served our entrees within 20 min after ordering. The 2+2+2 was delicious, and the French Toast combo with bacon tasted great. They also had an employee who was making very cute balloon figures for the children in the restaurant. She was quite talented and made a rose, koala bear on a tree and a few other creations that the children enjoyed receiving. Will definitely return in the future for other meals when in the area.

I've been to this IHOP with my granddaughter many times. I've never been a fan of their food, cost, and especially, the service and cleanliness. But I had a horrifying [sanitation-related] experience at BK three doors down, and my granddaughter was "starving," so we stopped in. I've not written any reviews of this IHOP on Fort Apache, but if I had, they wouldn't have been glowing until today. As usual, my granddaughter did the ordering. Pancakes with lots of whipped cream. This time around, the pancakes were great. The establishment has cleaned up since we were last here. But most of all, the service was excellent. Unlike previous visits, our server was friendly and full of smiles. Even the other server went beyond with a four-year-old excited to have an in-depth conversation about her coloring expertise. What a pleasant surprise since my last visit. I hope the servers continue to work here.
