My experience at CAPRI Pool Restaurant & Bar was simply exceptional, and a significant part of it was thanks to the incredible bartender, Johan. His passion, skill, and attention to detail made my visit truly memorable. Without a doubt, I am eagerly looking forward to returning to this place and enjoying once again the perfect blend of excellent service, a beautiful ambiance, and delicious cocktails. Highly recommended!

I ordered the burger with fries. My food was delicious. My server, Jolissa, thought I was done and took my plate with my pickle. When I spoke up, she brought more. The restaurant was clean. My server disappeared, but she did check back with me. The price is reasonable. My food was fantastic! Thank you.

5 Stars for the ambiance and the frozen drinks. You have access to Capri as a guest at Palazzo or The Venetian. The lounge chairs definitely fill up by the pool so come prepared to possibly wait for seating. Capri had a decent amount of menu options but many weren’t available the day I went. I ordered a drink for myself and a drink for friend of mine, and order of fish tacos, and an order of fries to share. The total was $150 after tip which is legitimately insane. The drinks were good. The food was also but the tacos alone were $30. There wasn’t anything particularly special about them that I would value at $10 each. Would definitely come back but would likely skip the food next time and eat somewhere with a better value.

My friend and I went here for breakfast and the experience did not disappoint. He ordered the Lox Bagel along with the Manuka Honey Parfait and I had the bacon egg sandwich with a side of amazing strawberries. Everything tasted so good! It was fresh, flavourful and satisfying. If I ever come back to the Palazzo I will definitely come back for breakfast at Capri!
