I was at Sam's Town on Monday around 5pm and I was using food coupons from Sam's Town players club, Eulalia was very helpful and nice. Her customer service skills were exceptional!

Really good hotel actually! My uncle enjoyed playing the casino and the rooms looked amazing with a really nice view of the city!!! Whoever folded my stuff with my be really made a good job at it and keep up the good work!

Great customer service! Daniel was very patient and took the time to make sure my mom sandwich was just as she wanted. My mother isn't fluent in english, so I know it can be quite difficult but he handled it wonderfully!
