Really tasty! I love how all of the toppings are laid out for you to see and choose, you absolutely don't have to go just off their menu. The fire taste is unlike anything else when it comes to pizza! They were out of their desserts except gelato, which is kept too cold and has lots of ice crystals, but I don't this that will deter us from another visit in the near future.
If you haven’t eaten here you need to!!! I love pizza. It’s my favorite food. I think it’s hard to find good pizza . But Novecento Pizzeria has the best pizza. I eat here between 3-5 times a week and I’m not sick of it. They have an excellent staff team who always greet me with a smile and are willing to help me find new pizzas. They are extremely helpful and educated on good pizza. I think the pizza is priced well especially for how high the quality is, it tastes exactly like the pizza I had when I was in Italy. So if your in Vegas and want pizza you need to go to Novecento.
First time here..we ordered the Roma pizza and a Stromboli . They were both delicious! Highly recommend!!

Had the opportunity to check this place out this evening with the Las Vegas Pizza Posse and I have to say they earned a thumbs up. I loved the being able to watch them assemble my pizza, from hand tossing the dough, to the spooning on the sauce, to piling on the toppings. Take the pizza and toss in a small salad and it would make for a GRRREAT dinner for two. I went with the Chef Marc and I gotta say it was a tasty combination of flavors. Service wise most of the action takes place behind the counter, which explains the short wait times on orders. The staff actually seemed to like what they were doing, which shows in the quality of the end product. They do offer beer on draft as well as bottled, wine and of course soda (self serve). I always ask myself would I feel good about recommending a place to friends and family, and I have to say heck yeah I'd definitely recommend this place. If your looking for some delicious, hot and fresh Neapolitan style pizza, and you like the idea of being able to watch them assemble your pizza, you have to check this place out.
All I can say is WOW this is one of my favorite pizza places to go. I love pizza, being that it’s my favorite food and this is definitely on my top five! You walk in and always get a friendly greeting from the employees. It’s a build your own Italian style pizza- my personal favorite is a spicy margarita with a little bit of spicy salami! I highly recommend this place, totally worth your money $$$$
Fast as usual. Top notch ingredients. Really loved the pizza, my wife had the stromboli. Beer was ice cold... The staff has really improved the past month or 2. Kind, friendly and attentive. Thanks for a great experience. It was not my first, nor will it be my last.
OH MY GOSH. We can't get over the perfectness of this place. I am obsessed with the Cezar chicken salad. They have the absolute best pizza here! Much higher quality than blaze. They have fresh mozzarella and so many toppings. My favorite thing is that they have Mr. Pibb. I can’t ever find it anywhere! Their pizza is fresh and perfectly cooked and I crave it all the time! The staff is friendly, quick, and knowledgeable… And clean! One of my favorite pizza shops by far!
Terrific pizza. The Caesar salad changed my life, and I barely ever order salads at pizza places. They make the pizza right in front of you, asking you questions on what sauce/cheese/toppings you want. You do have to pay for each topping individually. As great as the pizza is for dine in, I don’t recommend ordering it for carry-out because out of the oven the crust is crunchy, but it’ll be wet and sad by the time you get home.
In my opinion this is some of the best pizza in town! It is always fresh, rarely is there a wait and the food is always phenomenal! I have been going since they opened years ago and a loyal customer. Never been dissatisfied. A+
Awesome build your own pizzas with authentic wood fired Neapolitan chimney. What a find! The owner Vinny has kept some great recipes with San marzano sauce and some new classics. Fast, delicious food. Try the Manhattan sodas!
