I order from here a lot because I work from home and the deliver so fast!! I was having a ROUGH one today, and Today's sandwich was extra phenomenal! You could tell it was made with love. I love their sandwiches and their team. I just have issues at the one near me. I ordered online and went in 20 minutes later and they hadn't even started the sandwich. The place was empty and the guy was training a new employee.....

Ordered the #11 which was ham, turkey and provolone. Very good but could've used more mayo (I love mayo!). Friendly and fast service. A little hard to locate but look right across from Spring Valley Hospital.

We placed a large order within an hour of closing. As soon as we placed the order the manager called to set the expectation that it would take him 30 minutes to complete the order as he was going to need to prepare additional ingredients to complete our order. He was very professional and friendly. When we arrived to pick up our order it was prepared perfectly. Everything tasted great and was neatly prepared. Thanks for the great service 😀.

As far as Jimmy Johns restaurants go this one is right on par with the rest, I've never really had any bad experiences with them. Fast delivery, good sandwiches, and the online ordering process is fairly simple. The one time I did go into the shop they were friendly, the place was clean, and the food was quickly made.
