It was the only 24 hour McDonald's that was open with a drive thru. We drive to several McDonald's that said they were 24 hour.

Busy Sunday morning and the lady behind the cash was actually handling things like a boss. I’m surprised at how efficient everything was considering their front cash wasn’t taking cards.

Usually pretty great food and service. Occasionally you will get a slow crew, but most of the time they are pretty spot on

A manager and two workers couldn't serve crisp fries (they warm and very chewey) or understand an order of two qp's with cheese (I ended up with 2 double qp's with cheese). None of which was even close to fresh. I filled out the online survey, but I would rather go anywhere else and pay full price.

Drive thru was quick especially for being peak lunch hours. The food tasted fresh and the fries were hot from the fryer. Staff was friendly.
Plan accordingly The construction zone nearby can cause delays getting in and out of this location for now.

This was such a refreshing and enjoyable lunch. One of the first here in Las Vegas. (@ least where fast food is concerned) The staff were so polite, and spent a majority of the time cutting up and laughing. All the while taking total care of their customers, both drive thru and dine in. I've been known to be a little extra when I go out to eat. Needless to say, they were unphased and met all my demands, answered all my questions, and helped me out with out blinking an eye. Let alone making me feel like I was eccentric or a bother. Lameanna was exceptionally amazing. So, I definitely recommend this McDonald's as a must stop on YOUR Vegas vacation. Especially if you're in the mood for a decently priced meal, with awesome customer service.

Holy cow! I have traveled all over the USA and have NEVER seen a McDonald's this clean and employees clean with excellent customer service! Was not expecting this in a bad area of Vegas.

As much as I love McDonald's, I typically do not have a worthy review for the locations I visit. However, I am always pleased when I visit this location @ 2451 W Tropicana.
This is by far the cleanest store in the Metro area. Customer service is A+. Manager " DANIEL " has always been extra polite and often goes above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with my order. This is my favorite location.

Honestly, I ordered at the kiosk and the cashier was so friendly and offered help, the food was delicious, and the facilities were up to snuff. A good McDonald's.
