I rarely have an issue with Wing Stop this is why I love them so much always consistent. But today my room mate placed an online order it took me 15 minutes to get there, normally it's an 18 minute wait, ok no problem, I walked in today at Tropicana and Decatur three people working playing around, by the time they realized I was there I was informed it would take 15 minutes, SO YOU NEVER DROPPED MY ORDER, REALLY, I understand this new generation of workers don't have much motivation but I might have to look for a new location because this was truly an I DONT CARE IF YOU WAIT ISSUE, and please understand I was not the only one who was experiencing this, also there were only 5 tickets hanging on the rail, yes I've worked in kitchens for 30 years, shame.

Super impressed with the Supervisor Bri. She knew everything on the menu by heart and even gave us tips on flavors to try. I actually ended up trying a new flavor because of her.
