They ALWAYS get our order wrong. The customer service is great. Very friendly. We've never had a problem returning the food. If you order meatless make sure before leaving you check and double check. It happens everywhere. Some people can't comprehend meatless meals.

I love the 5 layer burrito with Xtra meat/cheese. Generally, this isn't a toasted menu item. They toast it for me. The team members at this Taco Bell location are the type of customer service we can only hope for from all those in guest experience. So, shout out to all the exemplary team members at Taco Bell on Maryland Parkway and Sahara.

Workers are not paying attention to people coming in because this lady comes through the front door and takes her personal cup to get ice and a soft drink. If I was an employee I would of paid attention and stopped her and even offer her a cup of ice water.
