Was absolutely delicious and a hidden gem in Vegas. Highly recommended. Service was prompt and food came out with speed. High qualit ingredients and a must go if you are local or even a tourist visiting. Value for money is great.
This is the third time in the past three or four trips that we've been to gorilla Sushi and it's fantastic every time good selection I wouldn't say it's top tier but it's absolutely very very good sushi. You won't be disappointed. Service was tell her this time more than other just because we went during the lunch time frame and there was very few people in the restaurant at the time we went where there are normally packed. Definitely a place you don't want to miss to go get all you can eat really good sushi that they make when you order.
Gorilla sushi is definitely one of the BEST SUSHI spots I’ve been to in the United states. Sushi is very flavorful and unique.
Cons: 90% of the menu is shellfish. I personally have a shellfish allergy. Also, I did feel like I was being rushed by my server at the end.
Honestly, it's the best sushi we've been to in Vegas, and we've been to a lot. The cheapest for AYCE as well! Went on a Friday at 2:45. They were extremely well staffed and fast. Everything was on point. Let this salmon photo speak for itself.
Gorilla Sushi is all the rave! Hidden off the strip in a rundown area is the treasure Gorilla Sushi. One of the best Sushi Places in Vegas! We got the all you can eat (AYCE), AYCE was a great way to try new sushi rolls & non sushi items. The service was prompt and very attentive to our table and the sushi was delicious. My only criticisms is, I wish the desert portions were larger but no big deal. Five Stars I'll definitely come back.
We got this as a recommendation from a bartender at Tahiti Village. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN A BETTER RECOMMENDATION! This place was top notch and the food was AMAZING. I will say, DO NOT order something unless you plan to eat it. They will charge you EXTRA if you leave more then 25% of a roll uneaten.
On the bigger rolls they will ask you however if through the meal, you only want half rolls...THATS THE WAY TO GO, in case you dont like it.
The service was fast and you got your food speedy quick!
I've been to almost every sushi spot here in Vegas and this place actually takes the #1 go to for sushi. Everything was delicious and fresh. Everything came out on time and fast. Never short of staff so there is always someone to get you what you need.

We wanted something off the strip and this place came through!! We ordered a few rolls, fried rice and teriyaki chicken...YUM YUM! Everything was delicious and portions were great. They do have an all you can eat at a great price , with a 90 min limit, definitely next time!

These guys are on point. From the quality of the sushi, to the service, to the choices on the menu, to the prices. The servers are so very attentive and greet you with a smile. Simon was our server and he was super awesome! Whenever I'm back in Vegas, I'm definitely coming back here.
Update: Went back to Vegas for s couple of days and came back to this gem of a place to see if they are still as good as they were about a year ago. Truth be told, they are even better than before if that's possible! I can't on two different occasions the same week and Alan and Samantha were out servers. Both of these young people were amazing, and the food and atmosphere are still incredibly great! I also found out that the owner of Gorilla Sushi will be opening an All You Can Eat Korean BBQ next door to the sushi place. Hopefully it will be open by the time we come back to Vegas.

I enjoyed myself! Had ayce, had a tremendous amount of food, including appetizers, 4 full rolls, and dessert. Everything was made to perfection, and came out quickly. Best sushi in town that I've tried, will definitely be back!
