* This business has closed its doors for good. 😔 Finding the perfect bowl of Pho can easily become an obsession. A delicious journey of savory soups, spring rolls and noodle bowls. From the first time I ever had Pho I knew I was hooked. The incredibly simple yet complex broth always comforts my soul and warms my insides. It’s like wrapping up in a big fluffy blanket and sitting by a fire, just for your belly instead. When you talk about great Pho you need to have a bench mark. We can finally say that in Las Vegas, Pho Kinh Do is now that standard for us. The broth is full bodied, yet light and delicious, not to sweet not overly salty and best of all its not greasy. The veggies are bright and fresh and the service is fast and friendly, even when this place is packed – which is a daily occurrence. If you love everything in the bowl, definitely try the #5. It comes with sliced beef, flank, tendon, beef meat balls and brisket – my favorite! When you add in bean sprout, jalapeño, basil and a touch of lime, talk about Pho heaven. For a dry noodle dish, we absolutely love the #25. It’s vermicelli noodles topped w/ grilled shrimp and bbq pork, if you add just a splash of broth and soy sauce you end up with one very tasty bowl of food. Don’t worry about the portions either, we always end up leaving happy. Pho is always a treat but if you are in the mood for something a little different they also have Ban Mi (sandwiches), spring rolls, rice dishes, family style dinners and a whole mess of tasty beverages. We recommend trying the French coffee, this iced delight rivals even the fancy coffee places. It really is that good – and you’ll be up for hours, who doesn’t love that kind of energy ;) So what are you waiting for? We know you are hungry, do yourself a favor and stop by Pho Kinh Do. You will not be disappointed and you might even find yourself having a new favorite spot. It’s not far from the strip and right next to a shopping center, they even do to go orders.

I went to Pho Kinh Do after growing tired of eating Vegas hotel food. This place is small compared to other Pho restaurants in town. However, the food here was very good, and the prices were very reasonable. The lady owner was very friendly; she helped me navigate the menu and explained to me the different choices of banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches). I ordered a bowl of hu tieu (western Vietnamese clear noodle soup). I have not tasted a nice bowl of hu tieu for a while until pho Kinh Do. I capped off my dinner with an order of Che 3 Mau (three colored pudding). It was a happy ending for a hot Vegas evening. Note that the pictures of banh mi don’t do them justice, as they are 1 and 2 days after I ordered from the restaurant. I ate one banh mi when it was still hot and it tasted so good Guy Fieri would have drooled. I would recommend this restaurant. It is small enough you will get personal attention from the owners.

If I could rate this place higher I would. This is a hidden gem in Las Vegas. Finally after going to 5 or 6 Pho places are Las Vegas. I finally found a place serving authentic Bo Bun Hue!! I have been searching high and low for someone offering a luscious broth with actual cubes of pork blood. Most places in Las Vegas dont add this. I think it changes the flavor profile of the soup completely when they use this ingredient so its a must have when getting a great version of this dish. We also got a traditional Pho here. The broth was my favorite of all the places Ive been to. It was so delightful. This place is a MUST try while in Vegas!! Cant wait to go back!!!

Decided on this pho restaurant after reading the reviews and mostly based on pictures we saw. We were very pleased with our dishes (bo kho and #5 pho). Very generous in meat portions. Ca phe sua da (Vietnamese ice coffee) is also very delicious. Garnishes very fresh. Responsive and friendly (main) waitress, who was genuinely interested in our feedback. I’d recommend highly, as it stacks up right against the best places I grew up eating in “Little Saigon”. CA.

Delicious pho and very authentic tasting. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were plentiful. Service was a little off. We didn't all get our food at the same time with several minutes in between. Overall it was delicious.

I ate here when I was in Las Vegas, it's in Chinatown, not far from the strip. The restaurant is not too fancy but the foods are good. I suggest the shrimp fried rice.

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've been to, and I've been to many. The pork rolls were very fresh (pork hot, lettuce cold). Impressed.

Excellent pho broth. Good portion sizes, Thai tea, and spring rolls. Had the bun dish itself today. Really enjoyed it.
