Friendly service and good coffee. Thank you Esmi and Emili. The 3 people working eliminated the long lines, and the smile made it even better. We will be back!

The servers during my stay were always friendly, polite, attentive, and efficient. It's a bummer there are no coffee makers in the rooms, but at least this is 24/7

Typical coffee shop with above average coffee and average pastries. Atmosphere needs a lot of work as it’s right in the lobby/casino and not really anywhere to sit. Very loud and not in a good way.

Great coffee spot right in front of check in at the Shoe. Friendly efficient staff. There always seems to be a line but they always get you through quickly. Good coffee and pastries. Personally I prefer to sit at the video poker attached to LavAzza and get a Bailey's and coffee while skipping the line. No dining area unless you sit at vid poker or on the casino floor. A table or two would be nice, but there is no room for them.

Day old pastry. High prices. But what does anyone expect from Las Vegas. Not like the old days with 3 99 breakfast.

It's not a bad option if you're looking for something simple for breakfast in the morning. I had their apple danish and it was delicious and reasonable for the price. The coffee is a bit of a hit or miss and definitely more expensive than most places. Almost $7-$8 for a basic regular sized brewed coffee. I recommend going elsewhere for your coffee and going here for your pastry or breakfast treat.

Best coffee I had! Located in the lobby of Horseshoe! Always crowded during the morning !! They have a variety of breakfast options – soaked oats, pastries to grab on the go !! Ofcourse its expensive as its inside the hotel.

Stayed at Bally’s which is where this shop is at and walked down for a mocha. It was really good, strong and flavorful. Not like the other chain coffee shops. I wish I had a pastry. They looked really good. Service was quick and pleasant.

Oh my word!!!! Amazing taste 😋. The coffee wasn’t that great. But the pastry was top notch!!!
