Rude, rude, rude!
Unacceptable treatment by the person who served us. She had such a heavy accent that it would have helped if she looked at us when she spoke. No eye contact at all very horrible tone and attitude. The cashier was much nicer.
I wouldn't waste my money there unless I was starving!

This shop is quiet. There is a reason for this place being quiet and no business. This place is a total ripoff. From other Subway shops this place does a four to five dollar up charge if you're a tourist do not come to this place they will rip you off or is that on that's for this place on the net under there under the reviews

The 3 employees just kept on giving attitude to customers in line and myself. Simply asking simple questions, acting dumb and giving sas. They were laughing and smirking like if they didn't give 2 Fxxxs. DONT EAT HERE. Plaza hotel has other better resturaunts.

The manager Ophelia was extremely rude. After purchasing A combo for $15 for my son. He Realize the drink tasted like water and I sent him in there to change his drink and the manager yelled at him saying refills are a dollar my son came to me feeling embarrassed and scared to go back in there . I went in there to let her know why he was trying to change his drink and she kept insisting I was just trying to get a free refill which was not the case I kept trying to explain to her the Mountain Dew tasted like water after a long conversation she finally decided to taste and and realize it was out . She did not apologize or anything but when another person mentioned the drinks she apologized to them . I personally feel she assumed My son and I was trying to get a free refill because of our skin color . Honestly she treated everyone else like humans but us and she completely embarrassed us in front of all the customers assuming we wanted a “free refill”

If you have to eat at Subway go to El Cortez Subway ( around 6 min walk from here) there prices are way better around $3 cheaper! Your wallet will be happy!
