Pronto By Giada

December 2023: My go-to place for a delicious breakfast. I usually get the classic oatmeal or Giada's oatmeal. Both options use steel cut oatmeal. Classic is sweet with dried fruit; Giada's has nuts, orange, olive oil and sea salt 🧂. Coffee is by Counter Culture. Pretty good 👍. Prices are comparable to other options in the hotel. December 2021: Ordered a caprese panini for lunch. Was very tasty and I would order it again!

We are visiting Las Vegas. I have improved my health considerably through diet and exercise. It is very difficult when vacationing sometimes not to go overboard. I found that Pronto had some healthier options in both food and beverages. The staff are very gracious and make the experience very comfortable.

Great food, made fast! Love the breakfast foods, like the frittatas and waffles or just coffee and pastries. For lunch, grab a panini or one of the other tasty lunch options. It's easy to get food for take away from the counter, or there is a great wine bar to sit in if you have more time. We popped into the wine bar this time and Sal took great care of us, he's a super nice and helpful guy!

I didn't end up eating anything here, but wanted to shout out the great service by Fabian, his manager Shay, and coworker Daniel. I was in Vegas wasting time on 8/19 after seeing Adele, before my flight. This was such a cute wine bar, in a relatively quiet part of the hotel, and ended up spending like 2.5 hours here, chatting with everyone, reading a little, drinking some tasty white wine, and feeling really taken care of by the staff! (They even made sure I left with plenty of time for my flight as Vegas locals knowing more about traffic than me.) If you are looking for a quiet(ish) spot for a drink and great service, definitely would recommend.

Luisa is incredible! She is friendly, kind, helpful, and helps expedite food service. Although a little expensive, this restaurant was a great option for me as a conference attendee. They provided fast, delicious food, prepared fresh each morning. Their service is superb, you can tell the staff value helping others. They are also a great option for late night gelato, yum!
