I recently had a delivery experience with this restaurant that left me concerned about their handling of tips. While the food and service have generally been good, I encountered a significant issue during my last delivery. I noticed that the tip left by the customer on the receipt was not reflected in my earnings. As a DoorDash driver, it's crucial to receive the full tip intended by the customer for the service provided. Unfortunately, this situation has made me question the transparency and fairness of how tips are managed here. I believe in supporting restaurants that treat their delivery drivers fairly and ethically. Transparency in tip handling is essential, not only for drivers like myself but also for customers who want to ensure their tips go to the hardworking delivery personnel. I hope the restaurant can address and rectify these concerns to maintain its reputation as a trusted dining establishment. 9/13/2023 I am editing this rating due to the fact that I truly don't know where the mistake was made whether it was doordash or the restaurant so I'm not going to put it on the restaurant but I know that the tip was $11 and I received $3 so we're just going to leave it at that the employees there are nice and it is a great restaurant so I'm sure you'll have a great experience there.

We came here because we were starving and didn't want to have another greasy meal. The menu is huge!! Was a bit intimidating...when our spicy tuna bowls came out I couldn't believe it...THEY ARE HUGE! I was worried it wouldn't be tasty or something may be off about it because of the gigantic portion. NOPE. The tuna was delicious, so tasty, and the vegetables were so fresh. Staff was really friendly and lovely. You can easily have 2-3 very fulfilling meals out of the bowls /donburi's. Best value meal we have had in Vegas so far.

First time going to Sushi 21 and can honestly say it was a great experience!! We needed something quick as we were starving and had to be somewhere. We just ordered just a simple roll and gyoza to go. When we opened our bag to our surprise was a complementary popcorn lobster and a California roll!! I'm from CA so didn't know what to expect but I found the staff very personable, the decor super fun, and the food excellent! Will definitely stop by there again when I'm in town

We were a party of 4, we were seated right away, and asked if we were ready to order. The restaurant is awesome that it is open from 11:30am-2am daily, we happily took advantage of this and arrived in the 11pm hour! We were first timers and it took a bit for us to look over the menu, we all went for the all you can eat option. I topped off after only 2 orders as pictured (tnt & rock n roll), I also ordered a mango mochi as desert. Service was very fast, waiters were attentive, lots of orders being picked up.
