Ginseng Korean Bbq

Probably one of the best Korean BBQ places I've been to in a long time. My wife, who is from Korean also agreed. People who complain about the food must be expecting 5 star meal service for very low prices because I had nothing to complain about. For starters, it's a no brainer to opt for the All you can eat menu. For under $40 you can have unlimited 삼겹살 (Pork belly) 우겹살 (beef belly), 2 strips of LA 갈비 (Kalbi), and several other BBQ standards. The portions are extremely generous, for an AYCE, and the food is marinated very well. Especially the LA Kalbi, super soft and falls off the bone. Also not too sweet. Seriously I don't know how they make a profit by giving such generous and good quality portions. The side dishes were mostly good, we found the fish cake lacking in flavor a bit. Rather than kimchi they had spicy cabbage. We also had the 뒌장찌게 (deonjang jjigae) to wash it all down. It was a little pricey compared to the AYCE ($18 which is basically 1/2 the price of AYCE) Great service and FREE PARKING :D a hidden gem! Will definitely return if in Las Vegas!

The new management makes a huge difference. The food itself is a 4/5, but the service is a 6/5. The staff are so friendly, so helpful, and really exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the aroma hit us instantly. We sat down and got the AYCE BBQ. It is really solid, coming with galbi, brisket, bulgogi, pork belly, spicy pork, and chicken (which we didn’t try). The galbi was exceptional. Easily the best meat we had. Such a delicious marinade and a great balance of meat to fat. The fat rendered beautifully and the meat was falling off the bone. The bulgogi was excellent. Juicy beef with a delicious and sweet marinade. The spicy pork was actually pretty spicy. Nice and fatty and a good heat for a little different feel. The pork belly and brisket did not have marinade, and these were good, especially when dipped in some of the sauces given. The banchan (side dishes) that come with this meal is decent. Fish cakes, kimchi, spicy cucumber, bean sprouts, potato salad, and steamed broccoli are given. The best are the kimchi, cucumber, and sprouts. The potato salad was pretty good but not as versatile. You also get a very good salad that has a strong Asian vinaigrette in it. And make sure you get rice. It’s a must for this food. Staff would come by and help cook the meat if they noticed certain meats overcooking or not cooking properly. They also answered questions we had and were very gracious throughout the whole process. The new management change was needed, and this is why the service alone helps raise this rating to a 5/5.
