Cleaver is like a nice steakhouse on the strip, except that it’s easier to get to and lives up to the hype. Cleaver was a welcome surprise. The atmosphere is welcoming. You feel like you’re in an entirely different world once you step inside. The food is across the board well made and genuinely enjo
Cleaver is excellent. Hands down excellent. I can’t say for sure it’s the best steak in vegas since I haven’t had them all. But it’s the best steak I’ve had. Cocktail list is great and has something for everyone. The staff is great at recommending items if you are looking for help on the menu. The t
The crab cake was my favorite the broth or butter sauce served in it had an amazing flavor to it. And this valentines special mousse cake was so rich warm and delicious. Loved the ambiance of the whole place very elegant and wholesome.
I hadn't been in for awhile. But, friend had never been there. So, we decided to go. We had reservations. We arrived early and seat at the bar ! Both bartenders we Interacted with were very friendly! We were seated at the back of the restaurant. Wasn't really happy about that! But, it worked out
Cleavers never disappoints… if you happen to come in and sit at the bar, make sure you get serve by Esteban. He is an exceptional bartender attention to detail. Always making great drinks. Amazing espresso martinis 🍸 👌🏻.
A few different seating options throughout the place all with a great ambience. Food wad all well done and menu is laid out nice. Prices are a bit high but that's to be expected of a higher scale stake house. They did have a happy hour ish serial menu with was really nice and staff was great.
Next level talent. The taste will last in my memories till I return. The smells have you at hello. So much so I forgot to take pictures except for the Bone Marrow and dessert. The steak melted in my mouth the sides are big enough to share. Definitely will visit again.
Loved it! I was expecting the squid ink pasta to taste a little fishy but instead it was very creamy and pleasant. The pork belly mac and cheese was great. The drink is called Batida. It was earthy and strong. Definitely worth checking out.
We sat at the bar and had a phenomenal bartender. Kane went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and he offered suggestions from the menu. I was very impressed with his knowledge of each element for all of the dishes. We had the filet Philadelphia style, the ribeye med rare, the loaded baked
Pretty & elegant, had a great experience, our waiter was very helpful explaining the menu for us being the first time there, I order calamari to start, then cherry lamb chops, that was super super delicous, and a ready fire aim, so good, great place! Can I give them another star?! 🙂⭐️
