Really good place!!! They work fast and make everything correctly. The food was amazing !!! Everything was just right. Very delicious and fresh !!! Pho and wonton soup .And vietnamese coffe was so good!!! Really want to come back and try other dishes. Great job !!! ( and little bit cheaper than other similar places)😊😊😋😋

Update: 3-3-22 WOW🥺🥺 two people , one bowl of pho, one order mixed rice, two mango drinks $40 😔😔😔 that’s just ridiculous.
Previous: I always come here for Vietnamese food! It’s the best in town. The pho is super delicious 😋 and all menu items are excellent! Try some fruit smoothies with boba too.

A local Vietnamese in Vegas recommended Pho Saigon 8 to me, and I can’t thank him enough. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I tried to familiarize myself with the restaurant’s menu. The menu is rather long, and that was about the only thing I struggled with.
I ordered a bowl of special pho, and it tasted and smelled very close to what I could remember eating pho in Vietnam. The bean sprouts and basil were very fresh. The meat was tender.
The grilled chicken rice was very tasty and had an interesting combination of flavors.
It is very refreshing to find a good pho restaurant in Vegas that has reasonable prices. I will come back to this place when I am in town.

This review is strictly for a TO GO order. Pho Saigon 8 opens at 10 and they provide some great authentic Vietnamese flavors. My friends and I were munching on the flat noodle sate, Bun Bo Hue, shaky beef and some strong Vietnamese iced coffees.
Portions were reasonable and everything was well seasoned. Shaky beef is a must order and so is their BBH. It packs some heat. This spot is very popular with the locals and I saw plenty of diners early in the AM.

A not so hidden gem! I love it here for at least 19 years .. when I was pregnant with 4 of 5 kids I would eat here all the time .

Very community family friendly restaurant. Good food. Good service, busy. Old fashioned drip style cafe súa da. Pho works out. Com bo luc lac good. Com chien is good too.
