We visited on Christmas Day, and despite having reservations we still had to wait in line to get in when they opened. We received our drink order fairly quickly, however despite ordering our food within 5 minutes of our arrival the first plate didn't come until 40 minutes later. Meanwhile, people who arrived at the same time had already eaten 2-3 plates of food. That said, the food was all quite delicious. We'll definitely return next time we're in town, as long as it's not on a major holiday.

Reasonably priced Japanese appetizers, portions are small so you can try a variety of dishes. The happy hour 10pm to close is a great deal, if you like to eat late. The menu is huge so I need to come back to try different dishes.

this place has over a thousand reviews and I still think it might be underrated lol. very deep menu and extremely reasonable prices, especially during happy hour. top recommendations: any yakitori and 1.50 oysters, most of the happy hour menu tbh. not a lot of room inside though so expect to wait during peak hours especially if coming with a large party.

We travelled to Vegas for one thing, amazing food. After indulging in a $500 tasting menu, we were sure we had reached the peak of our experience. Then we ate here. Short of travelling to Japan (which I have), I don’t think you can get any more of an authentic experience than Izakaya Go. The food was mind-blowingly good, the atmosphere was on point, and did I mention how good the food was?! My only regret was eating 3 hours prior, limiting what I could possibly eat here. Thank you to the whole staff (especially the owner) for making our trip a memorable one. Can’t wait to come back.

Seriously this place has the vibes of a real izakaya. The food options are great, and everything I had was fantastic. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for good food and drinks.

Prices are very reasonable but some of the items I ordered were a bit of a miss. Service is fantastic and quick. The udon was awesome and tasty, my favorite skewers were the chicken heart and the chicken meatball. However I really didn’t enjoy the bacon asparagus (the bacon wasn’t crispy and was very stringy) nor did I like the flavor of the seared tuna belly. The chicken skin was crispy but also chewy which is a weird dichotomy.

The food here is good and the prices are reasonable. The service was quick and the staff is friendly. The Fried Pork Belly was good, as was the Beef Tataki. The Salmon Carpaccio was even better. The skewers were underwhelming, but they are pretty cheap, so that makes sense. They are pretty small portions, so maybe good for kids or people who just want to nibble. The Chicken and Pork cutlets were pretty good as well. Priced at under $10 each, it's almost half of what you would pay for a full cutlet dinner, and all that is missing is basically the large portion of cabbage. With all this being said, there isn't anything special here that differentiates it from any other Japanese Tapas place in Las Vegas. I don't think anyone would be disappointed eating here, but they also won't be raving to their friends about it either.
