I have no idea what people on here think is good food. But these reviews of frozen food or not fresh ingredients is a bunch of crap. Service is impeccable, food fresh, hot and delicious. It's comfort foods elevated. If you are going in here expecting fine dining in a casual atmosphere you will be disappointed. It's a casual pub with elevated comfort food like shepard's pie not a high end steak house. Although the steak is amazing. It's not overly expensive like most things on the strip but not cheap either. So all these people spouting 1 star reviews and claiming it's not fresh food is a bunk of lies. I go here often and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this place on all levels.

Absolutely loved this place!!! My mom was in town visiting and I told her that we were going to go to all new places to eat while she was in town. This was the first one on the list. Great atmosphere, excellent food, and good service. The only complaint I would have was the busser came over and asked us if we were finished with out plates when there was still at least half of the meal left on the plate, which I laughed about later. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!!

Stayed at the Tropicana this trip to Vegas and Robert Irvine’s restaurant was in there. We’ve heard good things about him as a chef and wanted to try out his food. We came here for breakfast and lunch and both times the food was really good. It came out quickly and the staff was friendly. I loved the layout and design of the place. The Tagliatelle Beef Bolognese was absolutely delicious! I had it to go in order to eat it in my room and really loved it. Their had a great pretzel as well. Highly recommend trying this place although I know you have plenty of other great options as well.

We waited a little bit to be served, but once they got to us the service was good. I enjoyed my burger and fries. My husband thought the white pizza lacked flavor. The restaurant overall was nice, chill and relaxed environment. Comfortable chairs!

First time at Robert Irvine's Public House located inside Tropicana. Our server was very nice and took our order quickly. My cocktail came out about the same time as our meal, so that is why service got 4 stars instead of 5. The food was delicious and so was Miss Pat's margarita!

Great place for a bite and drinks, staff were extremely impressive, good service. Ordered the BBQ wings, chicken tenders, waygu beef sliders and loaded tater tots, tots were a bit cold and cheese wasn’t melted enough also didn’t really have a flavor to it, sliders a bit on the salty side, wings delicious, tender perfect.

Robert Irvine’s Public House is a great place to have a meal located inside the Tropicana hotel and casino. We had lunch at the bar and shared the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were large and very delicious. We had the shaved beef sandwich which was amazing and is more or less a great Philly cheesesteak. The pastrami sandwich was also great but if I had to choose I would get the shaved steak sandwich again. The sandwiches come with fries or tater tots. I would recommend the tater tots. They were cooked perfectly and crisp. There is a good selection of beers. Not the best Bloody Mary, but plenty of other options.

Kiki our server was top notch. She went over the menu and and made recommendations. The menu is small but enough choices for a party of different palates. Appetizer was loaded tots. Hot and great BBQ beef toppings. 4/5 Chicken salad was a good size but lacked chicken and toppings. 3/5The BLT lacked the B and the bread was too thick and over toasted with clarified butter. A lightly toasted chewier bread would have been better. At almost $20 I felt the BLT was the weakest item we had ordered, I wish it had came with fresh hand cut fries for that price. 3/5 The pizza was not bad, my son thoroughly enjoyed it and he is picky about pizza.4/5 The best item was the chef special Indian curry. Rich aroma and flavor, could be on par with a curry shop in the UK. 5/5

On the positive side, the portions were incredibly filling, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable, making it a value-for-money option. However, I couldn't help but notice that the quality of the food, particularly the chips and coleslaw, fell short of my expectations. While it satisfied my hunger, it wasn't quite an exceptional meal.

Sad to hear this hotel and casino is going away, because the food here was amazing! I had the pastrami sandwich and my lord is was so dang good! The atmosphere is nice, cool decor, laid back vibe. The waitress was fantastic. We saved 20% from our resort having a deal with them. We'll worth it! Food came out pretty quick and everything was hot and yummy!

Burger was great. Cooked to order. Tasted like it was cooked on an outdoor grill. Fries did not measure up. Very plain. Tasted as if they were from a frozen bag, not freshly produced from raw potatoes. On the other hand, the selection of draft beers was outstanding. I had the Paulener Hefeweizen on tap. Very good.

Robert Irvine's public house is in the Tropicana hotel. It's a nice quiet place to enjoy a cocktail or a meal. Prices are typical for nice Vegas hotel restaurants. My wife had the pastrami and I had the grilled chicken BLT. Both were large and tasty. Minor complaint, I asked for ranch dressing to dip my fries in as I don't care for catsup. They brought some for me and my wife. Then charged .50 each. I have never been charged for ranch before and I have eaten at thousands of restaurants. It's not the money, but my wife did not ask for any as she likes catsup and I was not told there was a charge. Just pinching pennies when you are paying $20 for a chicken sandwich already seems petty for Robert Irvine.
