The absolute best restaurant I've experienced in Vegas (heavy-hitters included). Amazing upscale-casual and hip vibes. Service (all we encountered) very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly/polished. Food is outrageously good. We tried as much as we could as first-timers. I suggest others do the same. Exceptional experience from top to bottom!

Amazing experience last night at Sparrow + Wolf! We tried their tasting menu (without wine pairing) and each dish was prepared so beautifully with unique flavours. This is one of the few fine dining places where I really enjoyed their mocktails! The service was very attentive and quick.

After spending several days on the strip, I was seeking something a bit more interesting for dinner. I researched and found Sparrow + Wolf and I cannot recommend it enough! Do not let the drive to Chinatown deter you. I made my reservation with Luis G. who turned out to be the GM. His warm and charismatic spirit was such a pleasant surprise! He happily welcomed me when I arrived, checked on me throughout my meal, and chatted with me while I waited for my Uber. The best entertainment was behind the bar: David! He had me laughing and chatting throughout my meal at the bar (please ask him about his apron pins, especially the Tabasco - ha!). I wanted to try out the restaurant week menu but let him know that I couldn’t have lactose. I told him to surprise me so he and the sous (Brennan, I believe) sent out each course without telling me what to expect and I found each one to be adventuresome and delicious. On top of that, David suggested cocktail pairings for each that were marvelous and unique. I closed the night with my favorite Japanese whiskey and though I ate too much wonderful food, I would 100% do it again at S+W. Thank you all for the incredible hospitality and experience. I will be back with my husband and friends in tow & have recommended you to everyone I hear is traveling your way!

Every single employee we interacted with was super nice and attentive. The establishment was vyer nice and it had a good atmosphere. Cannot rember the name of any of the dishes (oops) but the broccolini dish was delicius. The bread was great and the disert was very tasty wihtout being too sweet. Drinks did take a while to make it to the table and the last round took so long we were done with dinner and desert so we had to chug it because we were ready to leave. Make sure you have reservations prior to going because they are always busy! I tired going twice before without reservations becasue I was in the area and the wait time was a couple of hours.

What a gem. The best restaurant we went to on our trip to Vegas. Interesting flavors in both cocktails and food created by people who are clearly passionate about food. Everything was perfectly cooked and presented. The octopus, hummus, and steak tartare were highlights (but everything was delicious). The staff were excellent. They call themselves a neighborhood place but they are on par with any of the best restaurants around the world. Bravi!

Plenty of parking. Can’t tell it’s such a nice place from the outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Soft seating area inside to wait for your table. Need to make reservations. Everything we had was so good. I loved the beef tartare, foie gras with milk bread and the dessert with milk bread. I would totally go back for apps and dessert. The entrees we shared were good too but apps and dessert was my favorite.

This place is phenomenal! Seriously, it was one of the best experiences I have had. Everything from the cocktails to the beginnings to the main courses. The flavors were something you couldn't even imagine. We had the Porterhouse steak, which was plenty shared between two people. We loved the variety of pairings they served with the Porterhouse. The sweet potato was by far the best due to the fact it was an original sweet potato. Not the fake orange ones. We also had the grilled oysters with the miso butter. It was so flavorful and bursting with flavors! I really can't say enough about this place. Definitely will be returning in the future!

Visited for Thanksgiving 2023. Meal was excellent, representing a playful, elegant twist on Thanksgiving dinner. I appreciated that the food was "high cuisine" while still being approachable (there were no foams, spheres, or other ridiculous molecular gastronomy gimmicks) and considering the portion sizes, I would say the $75/pp charge was an absolute bargain. Service was good as were the cocktails, but the food was the star of the show here. Highly recommended.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, in a heartbeat. The atmosphere was classy, chic. They had a very good mix of music going on. We arrived around 6 pm. on a Sunday, and we were able to get seated right away. It was only two of us, and I didn't see any larger tables available. The service was amazing! From start to finish, it felt like there was special attention. Everyone was genuinely nice. Our server was amazing. She went above and beyond and explained in a breef and efficient description the flavor for each dish we chose. She was so attentive. I was very pleased and impressed with the quality of the service and food. The food was extraordinary. I've never had food that was so savory with unexpected ingredients, which you would not think about adding together but worked so perfectly. We paid around $100.00 for the check. We ordered a cocktail, 2 appetizers, and one entre. From the decor to the menu, everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Natalia!

We had pleasant diner with friends here. I put 4 of 5 just cause We tried degustation menu, courses was super small but time between them was super long. Our waitress was nice and restaurant made us favor for our vegetarian(pescatarian) friend made special meals. We will give a chance and visit again but order a la cart. On weekends recommend making a reservation

Tasting menu taste amazing and good portion size. They did forget about us for almost 50 mins between course 5 and 6. No one came to talk to us or made eye contact with us. They kept coming by to refill our water. We were just about to ask but food showed up

Sparrow + Wolf is my favorite restaurant in LV. We came to celebrate our anniversary. The food and service was just wonderful. We ordered tuna tartar, oysters, banh cuon, sweet potato, octopus, pork secreto with foie gras, brocollini with green goddess, and banana split for dessert. It sounds like a lot for 2 people but the food was so good we ate them all. They are definitely meant to be shared at the dinner table. I really love how the chefs take dishes from various cultures and transform them into something so unique with flawless techniques and executions. I can't wait to be back next time I'm in LV!!!

10/10 fantastic meal. The best meal I've had, start to finish, in awhile. Service was great and we took several of the recommendations. My husband enjoyed his cocktail with beet foam and I had 2 great mocktails. Happy to see such a well crafted mocktail menu! The oxtail hummus and carrots were fantastic. The wagyu was good but small. The pork secreto was super flavorful and a great portion size. We had the honey toast for dessert. I will totally go back to Sparrow and Wolf when I return to Vegas.

This place is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. The customer service here is top-notch and I would highly recommend Felicia as your server. The food is so tasty and flavorful and I love how they switch up the menu every season, it keeps things exciting. The clams are the best I’ve ever had and the octopus was so good. The mock tails are really refreshing too.

Our waitress was amazing. Our sommelier was extremely passionate and he was keen on educating us... he also had pretty hot forearm tats. He definitely knew what he was talking about with the wine/food pairings and I love that. We did the tasting menu with wines. The wines were awesome and the food was good imo. I did the vegetarian tasting menu and was disappointed there wasn't a more dense protein for a dinner tasting (really, a hummus course, and otherwise there were well done vegetable sides, without any well prepared protein courses). I really enjoyed the broccolini and carrot courses. My 3 friends did the normal tasting (for omnivores) and had generally mixed reviews. None of them liked the food gras but they all thought the lamb and octopus were tasty.

Tried it for restaurant week and was very happy with the food and my server Felicia. Tasty options and attentive, informative service. Nice cocktail and wine selections. Just wish there was a bit more portion to enjoy.

This is THE place to go when you are in Vegas! Very reasonably priced food of the strip with Michelin star contender dishes. An extensive menu with fusion American European dishes. Chef Brian bring some childhood food memories with his dishes. Do not forget to taste the world-class cocktails and the wines are also delicious The place is very ably run by the the crew I highly recommended this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed. Cheers

This is a finer dining experiene, so I recommend having a reservation but myself and a couple buds were able to walk in and be seated in under 20 minutes. The food was very tasty and our waitress was super helpful with breaking down the experience we were about to have as well as explaining some of the menu options and and making suggestions. The place was fairly busy for a Thursday and well staffed. The rest of the service crew were fantastic. Our water glasses never got dry and each person who brought us a briefly dish explained its contents and if applicable the process of creation which was a cool touch (even if we couldnt always follow along). They also rotate items on/off the menu so make sure you stop by repeatedly for different experiences!

I’m giving this amazing place a one star review so you understand that even their one star review means this place rocks! Two words: Uni Melt. So cruel to my waistline. Passion and creative and full of flavor. I’d picket outside for a seat at the bar. It’s mean that they make you have to watch the kitchen preparing other people’s food. It’s inhuman that you have to wait for the dumplings to steam.

I had an amazing dining experience at Sparrow + Wolf !The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious!! It’s also nice to go to a restaurant that literally has something for everyone regardless of dietary preferences. It was great to go to place that didn’t rely on fake meats for their vegan friendly dishes. I 10/10 would recommend to all of my friends and family. Keep up the amazing work!

So delicious. Everything from the atmosphere to the food to the drinks were right on point. I was in town for a conference and always like to organize off-strip experiences for my business dinner meetings. I had no idea they served foie gras nor that this place existed until I saw this protest from the vegans of Vegas. Let me tell you... it was one of the best foie gras I ate. Thank you guys for pointing it out to me. I will be back every time I visit Vegas.

Wonderful! Every bite was amazing. Every drink was delicious. Service was impeccable. Must have the beef cheek/bone marrow dumplings. The short rib and duck were also great! Love the frozen Apropos cocktail.

Well Mr. Howard, it seems like you have created quite a stir with the vegan community. Lol. Well, chef to chef...... I've got your back so here it goes. Five stars all the way. I've eaten at sparrow and wolf and it is amazing! Chef Howard's cuisine is not only creative but is executed on a level that is unsurpassed by none. The campfire duck dish is something that I still dream about. Chef Howard is a great example of someone who put in his work on the strip and now is doing things his way and Las Vegas benefits from it! Awesome cocktails and a great atmosphere completes the experience. I'm going to go back soon to support this amazing restaurant and so should you. Can't say enough about this awesome restaurant.
