Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse

I stumbled across this steakhouse on Christmas Day 2023 while walking through the casino. Sure glad I did!!! Food and service in the bar area was outstanding. Herbert and the other fella working ( don't recall his name ) provided a wonderful dinner experience. Looking forward to my next trip to Vegas, I'll surely be coming back here!!!

Had a terrific night. Wife and I celebrated our 21st anniversary here. The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Our server, Stephanie, was attentive and went over the menu answering questions and made suggestions. She explained how food was prepared. We had the Tomahawk steak for 2 and it ranks up high with other steak houses we have visited. The manger on duty came by to check on us and had a nice, small conversation with us making sure everything was well for our night out. Prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of food. Thank you for a great night out. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went here two times while I was in Vegas. First night was a five star! Prime rib was cooked exactly to a mid rare like I like it. Grenadine and coke was fantastic, sometimes people don’t put enough grenadine in it but these guys hit the mark! But the second night I asked for mid rare again and got medium and in some spots medium well. Grenadine was not as pronounced the second night and would have given the place a 2 or 3 stars but to average both nights it’s about a 3 and a half or 4 star. My friend got some sort of fish and he liked it. I think it was salmon but not positive.

FIRST TIME AND ITS SO BEAUTIFUL INSIDE. TABLES ARE SO PRETTY TOO. FOOD IS DELICIOUS 😋.. I TRIED LAMB CHOPS AND OMG THEY WERE SO GOOD, WITH MASHED POTATOES AND BAKED GARLIC. GARY WAS ARE WAITER. VERY FRIENDLY. AND SERVERS WERE SO NICE AND KIND. YOU CAN FIND THE RESTURANT INSIDE THE GOLD COAST CASINO IN THE BACK.

We went to Cornerstone last night to celebrate a birthday. The ambience was very classy. Service was top notch, our server Stephanie was such a delight, she deserves 6 stars! We had the steak month special bone in ribeye and it was amazing. Talk about a loaded baked potato - can't get more loaded. The figs wrapped in bacon were delicious. Even if you don't have room for desert - make it! We had the cheesecake - light and fluffy, the Limoncello cake - great touch to get a Limoncello with it, and the Plantains Foster with Praline icecream - well they topped anything I had in New Orleans home of banana fosters before. Since we are local we will definitely be back!
