Really good food options here! We got the impossible chorizo quesadilla (vegetarian), fish tacos and empanadas. All meals were flavourful and delicious! The desserts were really the highlight though. Both the churro ice cream sandwich and Mexican bread pudding were so yummy! Recommend this place!

I'm giving one less star because my order seemed to have been forgotten but once we flagged it to the waiter it came out really fast and we got complimentary food. The tres leches cake was the best tres leches I've ever had!

Best Mexican Food in Vegas. Everything is made in house and fresh. My recommendation is the carne asada tacos (excellent marinated steak, fresh chopped onion and cilantro and in house made corn tortilla)
The tuna ceviche was also amazing. Huge portion. Fresh fish and spicy. Huge plantain chips make for a perfect scoop and bite.
The service here is not too attentive. Once your order is taken, the food comes out very soon after. I didn't see my waitress for the remainder of the time up until check. The low prices and quality of food set this aside.
Located in the Mandalay Bay Casino near the shark reef.
It's best to park by the convention center, take the elevator up and go in through the shark reef side entrance. I believe the first 60 minutes are free

One of the few places, in Vegas that has a well thought out, kids menu!!!! Service was fabulous and the food beautifully presented. The enchilada soup was tomatoey, hearty and filling! The chips were fresh, hot and obviously made to order with just a dash of salt. We ordered a side of flavorful black beans which melted in our mouths. The kids Mac & Cheese was gooey and creamy, and the bread pudding was uniquely crunchy and tender! Highly recommended by our family, we will dine here again!!!!

This place was great! Popped in for a quick bite. App was chips and salsa trio. The tomatillo salsa was my favorite...the nice tart bite to it. Dinner was the skirt steak, cooked to perfection with chimichurri. Dessert was tres leches to go. It was also a very good dessert.

Loved the small plates Sunday brunch. Recommend a table outside if the weather is pleasant. Nine of us had a great time and made our way through the entire menu. A lot of fun chatting with each other about our choices and recommendations then people ordering a second round based on table recommendations.

My husband and I went to Vegas for a few days for his birthday and this was our FAVORITE place we ate at! Our regret is not going on a Saturday/Sunday for the unlimited small plates brunch 😭. We had the pozole special, drinks, ceviche, and the enchilada trio and all of them were delectable! The vibes were great and the view of the pool from the balcony seating was pretty! Server was kind and even gave my husband a free tequila shot for his birthday. 🥳 if you go anywhere, go here!!! Definitely put in a reservation though like we did because there was a line before they even opened when we went.

Border Grill was easily one of my top two favorite places we ate at in Vegas. Think Mexican brunch tapas -- unlimited and made fresh for $45! It's honestly a steal given how good this place is. It was also criminal that more people weren't there on a Saturday morning.
I would definitely recommend coming here for a girl's trip or bachelorette and getting the Bottomless mimosas, micheladas and bloody marys for $28 too, and then head out to the lazy river outside to float the day away until dinner. The restaurant has a fun vibe and it's nice that it looks out onto the lazy river and some nice trees.
My favorites from the unlimited brunch:
-Salmon Avocado Toast: I almost ordered a second after the first bite. So fresh and yummy! Easily one of the best I've had.
-Horchata French Toast: The ladies at the table next to us recommended this. Holy yummy! It was like a Mexican bread pudding.
-Birria Hash and Egg: Order this. Period. The meat was melt in your mouth delicious. I liked this better than the birria taco, that being said, it was also really good.
-Barbacoa Benedict: These would have been the best thing we had if there had been a little more meat. Solution? Take some from the Biria hash and voila, best thing you ate that morning.
The service was great. I wish I could remember our server's name but it's been a little too long now. He and the rest of the staff were great and super fun to chat with.
Go! Go! Go!

This was our first time here. Sunday brunch was amazing. We tried everything. $45 per person and you can try all 16 dishes as many times as you want for 2 hours. Our favorite was the steak and eggs. Staff was very friendly, excellent service.
