Went here twice during my stay. I don't know why they have a poor rating on Zomato... but they're actually awesome. Had an amazing cucumber cooler cocktail. Just amazingly refreshing. Are some snacks and appetizers here too. The Creamy Corn and the Beets with Goat cheese was perfect. We tried the Rock shrimp and that was pretty good too. The best for me had to be the snacks of the Snack wagon. Ordered this Hawaiian fish preparation with Bamboo rice.... just awesome
Stunning restaurant, delicious food. My only complaint is our waitress made a point to define sustainable fish as wild caught, which couldn't be further from the truth. All the other food on their menu is farm grown, and they even pride themselves by showing the farm it comes from. Why would this be different for farmed fish. The ignorance is so frustrating, especially for a restaurant that prides itself in the food to table movement. A letter was written to their owners to hopefully correct this mistake.

This is an amazing restaurant that you don't want to miss. We celebrated my birthday dinner here and it's my second time dining here. The chef and his team put so much effort into preparing your dinner, I walked away thinking this is the BEST dinner I have had in a very long time. We ordered the Salomon Riloutte and Pork Belly Wraps to start, followed by the chicken and wild mushrooms. This was such a lovely meal -- I cannot wait to return!
Overall a good experience. This restaurant doesn't get as much love as some of the others on property and is quietly tucked away on the way to the tram.
It's a nice little gem.
Food: Very good. Every item was fresh and delicious but $$$.
Service : the staff was super attentive and professional. Only hiccup was the high chair they gave us looked like Armageddon had been on it so we had to clean it for them prior to using it.
They do a poor job of advertising or showing off the menu. Its better than it looks and sounds.
We would be back again next trip.
Quick stop after our Havasupai trip. The food was absolutely delicious. We originally wanted to do the buffet at Bellagio, but the line was going to take 1.5-2 hours. This place surpaassed expectation with their delicious salmon rilletes, yellowtail crudo, ribeye steak, shrimp cocktail, & bone marrow.

Harvest is located in the Bellagio, around the corner from the front desk. We discovered this place by word of mouth, everyone kept talking about how amazing this place is; so we figured we’d find out ourselves!
The place is quaint and simple but laid out with an artistic flare.
The service is easily number on! They take care of everyone and always check on you no matter the timing. Easily one of the best features.
However their food is even better. We started out with an appetizer, the carpaccio, and after that we were on a culinary journey into heaven. We ordered some steaks and drinks after that, and their menu had a great variety. They recommended a few drinks like the old fashioned, and the filets were cooked to perfection. Every bite was mouth watering.
They recommended we finish with the toffee pudding and it was worth it. Every bite an explosion of deliciousness.
Highly recommend you check this out this place, you never forgot it. A perfect date night place or even an evening out in Vegas!
We celebrated my birthday at Harvest. Great place, great atmosphere and delicious food! The service was exceptional! Thank you Harvest for the red rose and the card and birthday wishes!

Absolutely the best restaurant in Vegas! Service is top-notch. Food was amazing! The presentation was beautiful and it all tasted yummy. You will want to come to give this place a try.

Honestly the best meal I've had in years. It's a real joy to have food so good that you have to stop and really think about what you're eating. They clearly invest an enormous amount of time in their recipes and prep, and the end result is nothing short of remarkable.
Aside from that, it was my wife's birthday and they went out of their way to make her feel special. The service was friendly and flawlessly attentive - again, really refreshing compared to many restaurants these days.
I can't wait to return. I think I've found my new favorite restaurant. I'm delighted with Harvest - it's really special.
Best restaurant I’ve been to in years. And the ambience is fantastic. We walked around the glass kitchen area and watched everyone cook for half an hour too. Too notch meals!! And you just can’t capture the amazing flavor in pictures. Can’t wait to eat here again. I wouldn’t ever order the pork belly again, definitely not my favorite.
While I admit the price for Canadians is a major shock the food quality and taste is outstanding. The soup I had was literally the best soup I’ve ever had. I should have stopped there and I would have been content. My birthday treat desert was my favourite too! Thank you staff
