First visit. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Very professional. Great presentation. Food was great. The Pork Belly Bao Buns and Steak Fried Rice were excellent! We had a dish with the chicken very rubbery, but our waiter refunded for us! We were in a bit of a rush going to a concert afterwards, so didn't get to immerse fully in the experience. Will be coming back!

This was the best dining experience and meal I have had in Vegas. I’ve been to Vegas multiple times and have never had a meal so phenomenal. The service was fantastic, shout out to LISA. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and of the scene in Vegas. My husband and I both decided this restaurant alone is enough of a reason to come to Vegas once a year. The food was truly THAT good. Although I wasn’t a huge fan of my dessert, it was beautifully plated and the ice cream was delicious. I’m a chocolate girl and tried something different and I just wasn’t a fan, but I still ate it because the flavors were truly that great. This place gets a 10/10 and we will certainly be back !

We tried the shrimp, tuna pizza, Chilean sea bass. All the food was good - shrimp was cooked Al dente, pizza was good, sushi roll, Chilean sea bass - great presentation and flavors. Service we had was excellent. It just didn’t quite warrant the 5 star quality of food when spending close to $300 for 2.

An ode to Stefan: In the warmth of Kumi's embrace, we embarked on a culinary quest of taste. Stefan, our guide, was the sushi chef - hailing from LA, and among the best. He welcomed us to his proverbial office, as it was high time for me to experience raw fish. Service with a smile, his conversation so grand - he crafted each dish with a skillful hand. From salmon sashimi and wagyu dumplings to spicy pork ribs, we couldn’t quite help but to call all the dibs. These first three dishes were the start of a flavorful spree - dancing on our tongues, pure ecstasy. But the star of the show, a true gastronomic delight: the fatty tuna toro, and our taste buds took flight. With each slice of heaven, our bodies would shudder - our teeth sinking through the toro like butter. A visit through Vegas can often be grim, most places you stumble upon… not proper nor prim. But KUMI, and STEFAN!! Proverbial beacons in the night. An evening to cherish that set our souls aflight. 🍣 ❤️✨

We were here for Ed Sheeran show, our waiter passing by said he’s canceled, we thought he was joking. Food was fabulous. We only wished he would have asked us if we understood his comment and then ask if we would like dessert since show was canceled. We rushed out for show to find it was true, we would have preferred remaining at restaurant, we left our edamame and shishito. I had double 7 sushi roll highly recommend, and I normally only eat nigiri.

Even though it is a tad pricy. The quality of everything was amazing and the staff was great. Sushi rolls and nigiri were all the appropriate temperature. The appetizers we had were amazing. Would highly recommend the wagyu gyoza and the fried shrimp.

We were seated at the beautiful cherry blossom room w modern lights. Pretty quiet night when we went. We got the Wagu and raw fish for appetizers. We got the Wagu Ribeye as a main dish. It was enough to share. Sides asparagus, fried rice and shishito peppers. It was delicious and the meat melts in your mouth. We will definitely be back. They say their black cod is good like nobu. I'll have to try that next time if I can get away from the Wagu

Definitely one of the best sushi spots in Las Vegas! It is an elevated experience every time we visit with our close friends. Try the Bluefin Tuna Pizza, seared toro, Tuna Tartare with caviar, Tuna Tacos & cant ever go wrong with Wagyu!! You won't regret it! thank you KUMI!!!

We were here for work and able to enjoy one dinner here. Service and the ambience were great. We ordered an assortment of appetizers including edamame, miso soup, wagyu gyoza (so amazingly delicious!), hamachi. We then ordered an assortment of nigiri, rolls and the mushroom rice which was served in a stone bowl and came sizzling hot...definitely order this rice dish (sorry no pic ), it came hot and piled high with mushrooms and veggies which the server then stirred together to mix the rice, sauce and veggies...the stone hot pot made the sauce carmelize and the rice crispy in parts. Simply delicious, maybe better than the sushi...I did order masago w/quail egg yolk which wasn't on the menu so definitely ask for something you don't see because you never know. All in all. An enjoyable albeit pricey dinner (but this is Vegas so....)
