Everything is shareable which is great because you get to try many things! My favorite was a sea bass dish we ordered (not pictured) I could have eaten that 3X. I love that they had non alcoholic mixed drinks that were truly delicious because I enjoy crafted drinks but I’m not a fan of alcohol. Everything was presented beautifully, the service was great and the atmosphere is a vibe with its open concept and huge window looking at the waterfall. I went for a business meeting but it’s a perfect place for a date or a dinner with friends as well. Probably a wonderful experience for a family dinner if there aren’t any little kids in the group!

Fantastic Sushi, Sashimi, Japanese restaurant. Quality, Fresh, Great atmosphere. Right up there with any other top end restaurants. The waiter was fantastic. In the beautiful Wynn hotel. YOU will love it. Much of the fish was from Hawaii where I reside. We will be back.

Stunning restaurant with phenomenal food and service! They just reopened after updating their look and it’s beautiful! The swordfish sashimi and wagyu fried rice were the yummiest dishes.

My wife took me to Mizumi for a birthday dinner on a Sunday evening. They have a dress code to enter the restaurant and are strict with it as I saw a few people be turned away for wearing casual shorts and bathing suit gear. We had reservations made for 530 when they opened up and were seated in the beautiful outside area by the waterfall and koi pond. At first look at the menu you see the prices are not cheap, but the food is top quality and the service was amazing. We ordered a few different sushi dishes (Seared Salmon, Seared Yellowtail, and Toro Scallion Roll), waygu dumplings, and a couple of other skewers. The seared sushi dishes only come with four pieces, but they were some of the best sushi that I have ever tasted. I highly recommend trying them. They have top quality Wagyu Beef, but we did not try it due to the $$$$. We ordered a Manhattan and a Margarita, which were infused with a Japanese twist. For dessert we tried a scoop of sorbet, which came with a few berries and a green tea cookie. Overall this was a great dining experience and worth the cost for the quality of food, the excellent service, and the exquisite atmosphere. I highly recommend Mizumi for a date night or special occasion. You won't be disappointed.

Food was very high quality and delicious, I would absolutely go again. The menu was expansive and a bit overwhelming but our server did a nice job making recommendations and giving us an enjoyable experience. An Omakase or curated menu would have been welcomed. The drinks were interesting but not the highlight.
The red and gold embellishments made the dining room feel like a different world and the waterfall was a beautiful backdrop to dinner.
I would have appreciated the restaurant enforcing their dress code. I saw people in tshirts and sweatpants having dinner - but that's Vegas.

We made a reservation for 6:30 and were seated promptly. Since this was our first time at Mizumi we let our waiter guide our order based on a tentative budget and personal food preferences. All of his recommendations were wonderful and it was some of the best food I’ve ever had. Pricey? Yes, but when you want excellent quality, you usually pay for it. 10 out 10 would recommend!

Great food and experience! We started with wild snapper sashimi as lot of people leaving good reviews on this and I would concur that this dish was really good.. it was my favorite. We followed this with truffle creamy crab croquettes, also extremely good. We then had wagyu beef and lobster roll and the crispy rice with spicy tuna, which were also very good. Throughout the meal we snacked on edamame and sake tastings and finished off with a very good passion fruit souffle. This is all with a great view. One of the best meals we have had in the last year. Will plan to return when back in town.
