Everything was amazing, from the ease of reserving a table, to the ambiance, to the food. Steve, our server, really stood out. Thoughtful recommendations, prompt attention to detail, and on point all night. The star was the 10 Hour Pork Belly appetizer. Simply decadent. Fantastic experience from start to finish

This is my and my husband's go-to restaurant every time we come to Las Vegas! The food is amazing, although it gets pricey. The quality and cuantity of each dish are unmatched. It's in a very quiet part of the MGM Grand Hotel, so that helps with it being an intimate dinner. Unless it's a busier day. I will always recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Fast and friendly service is only topped by the exquisite presentation of the food here. Wide selection of sushi, meat, and apps, along with an exhaustive wine list. Beer, sake, and cocktails are also available. Modern and sleek decor added to the atmosphere. Very happy with the decision to have dinner here!

One of the best meals I ever had. I had Morimoto, Sushisamba, Nobu on 3 consecutive nights and each of them were unique, classy and incredible in their own way. We ordered a bunch of stuff and everything tasted top notch. The sake we got was smooth n incredible how taste changes from before the meal to during the meal. Amazing experience. Not cheap, $550 for 3 people.

We are here on our last night in MGM, every dish we had was excellent . The sake sangria was fabulous and of course the shrimp tempura maki and rock shrimp tempura was delicious. Our main dish is crispy seabass with papaya salad and filet mignon are outstanding. Iām a little disappointed with my dessert because the fiery chocolate tart taste really burnt but the chocolate icecream taste very good š. Our server did a great job, heās always checking on us and making sure the food are coming out on decent time. Definitely will go back when we get back to Vegasā¤ļø

We are here on our last night in Vegas, after eating at several top restaurants on the strip and this was by far our favorite experience for dinner. Our waitress was top notch and every dish we had was outstanding. The green tea was fabulous and of course the sushi! Our table was in a great spot and on our way out we were greeted and waved out by every server and manager on the floor. Definitely come here for dinner one night! We also visited the location in Disney Springs and it was incredible as well.

Exquisite Dining at Morimoto
My 3rd visit to the Michelin-starred Morimoto was a culinary delight yet again. The Japanese A5 Wagyu beef was a standout, offering unrivaled tenderness and flavor. The curry laksa impressed with its perfect blend of spices, while the signature tiger rolls were a creative marvel, balancing texture and taste masterfully. Morimoto proved to be a symphony of traditional and contemporary cuisine, a memorable experience for any fine dining enthusiast.

We have been fans of Morimoto for years and finally decided it was time to splurge for dinner...and it did not disappoint. We decided to try a couple different appetizers, rolls, rice and of course dessert. We started with the Tuna Tacos and honestly if that was the only thing I had it would have been just fine. Then we had the Pan Fried Goza, which although good, my least favorite of what we had, because there seemed to be a lack of crispiness. Next was the Pork Sticky Ribs, I am normally not a rib fan, but these changed my mind, fall of the bone perfectly cooked, well perfection. For the rolls, we all went a little different direction and I went with the Salmon and Avocado Roll, the Husband got the Spicy Tuna Roll and the Friend got the Dragon Roll. The Husband and Friend added and order of Shi Yaki Chashu Bop each. Which I So much food but all amazing. The final thing is we all decided to share the Bonsai Garden with Cherry Cordial Mouse, Green Tea Cream, Green Tea Passion Puff and the Raspberry Yuzu Tart, which was spectacularly presented. I really can't say enough about that dessert, the taste sensory it provided was like an outer body experience. Although full, we ate every bite. The service was exceptional and it was a meal worth every penny and then some.

Top notch service. They let me take my time while ordering, as of they were okay with me (party of one) staying here for hours). Mari may be the best server I've ever had in my life. I usually start my reviews about food, but she was so good. The Japanese better was fantastic, they gave my a couple extras. It's reminiscent of a cherry, less tart, not very sweet. It's called yamono. Definitely the best scallops I ever had, I should eat them raw more often... I recommend Asahi Super Dry over the Kirin Ichiban.

If you are visiting Las Vegas, Morimoto is a must. The food was exceptional and hit on all notes. There is something on the menu for everyone. The sushi was very fresh and generous on the portions. The braised black cod was cooked to perfection and had such great flavor. Best of all was the laksa soup. The broth was rich, salty, spicy, and had a great depth of flavor. The service was very good as well. I highly recommend Morimotoās.

The food, service and atmosphere are amazing! The sushi was fresh and prepared with the subtle and delicate flavors you expect with excellent fresh fish. There are also bold flavor options. And the dessert was a lot of fun!

Tonight I had the best meal Iāve ever had. My one must about our trip was to go to Morimoto for one meal. Our experience absolutely did not disappoint.
Highlights:
The gorgeous decor of Morimoto. These pictures do not do it justice. Even the chopsticks were gorgeous.
ā¢ The Clam miso - We are forever ruined to other misos
ā¢ Toro (tuna) Tartare with caviar - Dear gawd am I in love
ā¢ Chefs Choice - It was so beautiful I forgot to take a picture before we tucked in.
And the service was equally incredible and attentive.

First of all, I would like to mention how AMAZING our server, Jan was!! He made our experience at Morimotoās even better.
First, he greeted us and made sure we had our drinks and food promptly. Secondly, Jan made suggestions of food that would go well together based on the flavor profile of each dish for an ultimate experience of burst of flavors and textures. He didnāt try to make us order more food. He suggested food that he thought would be the perfect amount for us so weāre not stuffing ourselves and said that we can always order more if need be. Sure enough, he was right!!! We ordered oyster Foie gras for our appetizer and it was DELICIOUS!!
It was my first time trying oyster, uni and foie gras all at the same time and let me tell you!! It was glorious!! I was floored with how fresh everything was!!
For entrees we had the Black Cod and the yellowtail. My husband and I were quite indecisive on what to order since everything on the menu sounded so good. We were gonna order 2 sides with our entree but Jan suggested that we try entrees first then maybe get more food if weāre still not satisfied. Man was he right!! The food doesnāt look much, but we were stuffed after just the appetizer that we shared and the 2 entrees that we also shared.
The flavor on both entrees just went sooo well together! A little sweetness from the fresh and softest black cod I have ever had. Then the saltiness from
The yellowtail and fried rice. SOOO MUCH FLAVOR!! And it just made sense!!! It was out of this world!!! It def. Made a huge difference. I donāt think we would have the same experience had we ordered and paired entrees with something else.
Jan was VERY knowledgeable of ALL THE FOOD on the menu. He knows their flavor profile and what goes with what.
For dessert he surprised us with a mango sorbet with fruits because we were celebrating something special that day.
Then Jan suggested we try their new dessert that Chef Morimoto came up with when he was back in Japan.
YOU HAVE TO TRY IT! It was the Bonsai dessert. It was an experience!! It had the perfect sweetness to it. Delicious!! Different textures and flavors.
P.S.
Their Old Fashioned is GOOD! It is GOOD GOOD!!
You donāt come to this restaurant to stuff yourself and overeat. Come here to experience the ultimate flavor town!!
My husband and I will def. Be coming back!! This restaurant is worth every penny! And hopefully, we get
Jan again as our server!

We were incredibly excited to visit Morimoto's restaurant, the acclaimed Iron Chef, and were not disappointed.
The experience of sitting at the sushi bar was fun and unique, to watch masters prepare top tier quality sushi in front of you. We particularly loved the hamachi taco appetizer which was balanced, fresh, acidic and with a pleasant crunch.
Fatty tuna was a pleasant treat you can't get everywhere, and the rice had a wonderful taste and texture in all the sushi. The roasted Brussels sprouts with bonito flakes had a great balsamic reduction and were roasted perfectly, we both love this vegetable and it's the best preparation we have had.
We also tried 2 of Morimoto brand sake, which were quite different from each other and went well with sushi. We were also pleased there are many reasonably price alcohol options that are similarly priced to anywhere in Vegas but better quality and preparation.
The service was patient and friendly, we never felt rushed at all despite a fully booked restaurant. He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and had impeccable timing for our needs despite how busy they were.
I have to highlight the dessert experience. We saw a flaming chocolate dessert nearby, but really wanted to try the Morimoto Bonsai Garden and it did not disappoint. A beautiful dry ice presentation, with a surprisingly delicious dessert that we were not sure would be a priority but we were wrong. It was a wonderful show, the raspberries were somehow enhanced with extra sour intensity in their sauce on the tart, but the Matcha puff with passion fruit cream inside was just incredible. Our only complaint was there was a bit too much white chocolate for us, with both a layer on top of matcha cream and a collar around it. We are not big fans of white chocolate.

The atmosphere was great, and the food was amazing. The vibe is fun and great for a date night. Tacos and waygu beef were great appetizers.
