We got a reservation for early Friday afternoon. The food was delicious, and our bartender Chris was awesome!!!! He made his own cocktail creation called “The Pumpkin King” and it was delicious! It tasted like a crisp fall evening! 10 outta 10 would recommend!

Our waiter suggested the Tator Tot Chicken and Waffle (his favorite item on the menu) and he was right! He was amazing and my mimosa was never empty. If you are looking for delicious brunch and a club atmosphere this is the spot - be sure to make a reservation on open table, they are always busy.

I was looking for a quick bite in this area and wandered my way into Therapy, enticed by the prospect of an “all day happy hour” - and I wasn’t disappointed! Right off the bat, the bartender Chris offered me a warm welcome, food recommendations, and a delicious espresso martini. He recommended the as-seen-on-tv mac and cheese bites… immaculate. They were cheesy, crispy, savory, a little bit sweet, everything you could want. The brussel sprouts also deserve an honorable mention, super yummy. I’m definitely adding this spot to my favorites list!

Great food at reasonable prices and amazing cocktails! Fun start to the Evening! Loved the special. The grilled cheese was amazing!

Found Therapy on OpenTable when looking for places to eat near Fremont Street. The food is fantastic. I was honestly surprised when we arrived at a club for dinner, so the atmosphere was unexpected, and likely would have been a more fun experience if we went later in the evening. Order the artichoke dip!!! It is made fresh and takes 15 minutes to cook but 100% worth it. There is a downstairs and upstairs, the service was average due to the staff going up and down. It definitely took longer to get things like drink refills and the check. Would highly recommend the Burger, they have a variety of seasoned fries. Best part is the food!

Good drinks, food and music. A little loud but it was fine, given the area. Waitress was very good. Her name was Brandee. I had the mac and cheese bites which I liked and a few old fashions.

Therapy in downtown Las Vegas is a dining experience that left us satisfied. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance set the perfect mood for an enjoyable dinner.
The Tator Chicken & Waffles was an absolute revelation. The Tator Tot Bacon Waffle was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, blending seamlessly with the perfectly fried chicken. The maple gravy was the sweet, savory touch that tied the whole dish together. It was a creative twist on a classic.
The Therapy Burger is an 8 oz Wagyu patty paired with smoked cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and Chef Sauce.

Roxy was our bartender and she was very knowledge and offered suggestions that were delicious! Crab dip was delicious. Good food that came out piping hot and fast, drinks are yum, looking forward to coming back for brunch.

I had the most incredible dining experience here for my Birthday! As a San Diegan, I had pretty high expectations for this place and they exceeded them. First, the music is live in an open atmosphere that makes you want to dance and have a good time. Secondly, the food and drinks are amazing. I believe I ordered the red velvet Belgian waffle sliders with fried chicken strips- unbelievably good! Also, the bottomless mimosas were really good, too! They have peach and orange- try them both! Lastly, the servers in this place are extremely nice and professional. There was not one time where my group was ignored or any of our needs were not met. Therapy Las Vegas has it figured out and will continue to thrive in the Freemont area for sure. Can't wait to visit again when I'm back in town! Highly recommend to any adults in this area!

This is a fun place with a vibe that calls to millennials.
We loved the food and portions were pretty big. Service was good but very slow. We could certainly tell that they were short staffed.

I don't often get excited about how good food is. The birra spring roll and especially the red velvet waffle chicken sandwich is incredible. Bartender is a pro. I'll come here every time.

The food is great. Be patient with the servers as they are doing the best that they can. Drinks are amazing. I loved the music while there and it was brunch ya'll. Nice place to start before hitting the pool if you want to save some money.

Therapy is a blast!! My party didn’t plan far enough in advance to make a reservation for the hip hop brunch but I HIGHLY recommend because it seems to get busy at least on weekends. If your party is 1-3 you might have luck getting a spot at the bar like we did. While we were there the DJ’s picks were solid and everything we had was delicious. I think they were a little short staffed so our drinks weren’t super fast but I can’t say this is the norm. The bartenders were extremely cool and professional and can make a great drink!
I had the lobster and crab grilled cheese with fries. I wish it was crispier but the flavor was excellent.
Great atmosphere and lots of fun people there. If you’re in the area and like to turn up you’ve gotta go!

The therapy was as good as we were hoping it would be and then some. Our bartender Ashley was very nice and extremely good at her job. All of the drinks were strong but very delicious. We got the red velvet sliders, broccoli and cheese soup, and their version of pork posole which is actually quite nice. This place is also just a little bit off of the main bit of Fremont Street so again if you prefer something a bit quieter it's very nice for that.

10/10 would eat here again; NY strip and Brussels sprouts, cappuccino and a zero alcohol Stella . Service was top notch.

Wow this restaurant definitely won our hearts, we showed up kind of late and the staff went out of their way to help us have an amazing meal. The food and drink was amazing and everyone here really made our night. Great place all around. Highly recommended!

I loved the service, food, and ambiance. My sever was Brandee and she was phenomenal. Great service and super attentive. Only reason I give it 5 I stead of 5 was the DJ claimed to not play “hip hop” when 90% was as people or color and then proceeded to tell me it’s a 20 top PER SONG when it didn’t even have the two songs I requested. I would absolutely not mind tipping g for good service but the DJ was far from that or professional.

Pork Chop on Mash Potatoes sub par.. looked like a school lunch. Desserts limited..Bread Pudding looked like it was dumped on a plate..Service sub par.. vegan dish could have come out from a store deli and put on a plate.. overrated. Lots of noise with hip music, but music choice sub par..would not recommend this place.

It was my first time visiting. It was very nice. The atmosphere was laid back and trendy which I LOVE. It reminds me of the restaurants back home in the Midwest. Which is hard to find in Vegas. My husband and I sat upstairs with a view overlooking downstairs. We both loved the industrial open ceiling concept the restaurant had, by sitting upstairs we had a clear view of the decor. The waitress (I forgot her name) was very nice and attentive. She was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. I order extra dirty martinis whenever I go out, I must say the bartender came through on that. It was delicious. As far as food, I ordered the Big Sexy burger and my husband orders the red velvet chicken sliders. Both entrees were very delicious. Overall visit was great. I will highly recommend and I will be returning.

Great hidden gem in downtown Las Vegas! Both times I went the food and service were great!! The bacon wrapped dates, best I have ever had! Roasted Brussels sprouts and beet salad were just as yummy! I have only done lunch, so I am looking forward to trying dinner there soon.

One of the best meals we had in Vegas. Service was attentive, fast and excellent. Chorizo empanadas and chicken & red velvet waffles were on point! And those s'mores... OMG. Will definitely be back.

Loved it! The beet salad was the prettiest beet dish I’ve ever seen! Crab dip very tasty too. Great place to share food with friends.

First off the Red Velvet Chicken and Waffles were stupendous! The staff was very attentive and professional. Overall an amazing evening and have recommended this place as a must try! Thank you for a great experience.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I'm sad to say that the mayonnaise vomit sauce that came on 2 of the 4 things we ordered ruined it for us. The vomit sauce ruined the good service, decent wine list, and overall good vibe

Absolutely amazing food and friendly outgoing employees!
Highly recommend the French dip and Ricky Ricardo Cuban sandwich

Stopped in for a late lunch and enjoyed every bite of our meal. Staff was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Had the French dip, charred brussell sprouts and street corn. Chocolate bread pudding for dessert was plated beautifully. Generous portions too!
Christopher Matthew Mason
I had the red velvet chicken and waffles. Chicken was perfect and the red pepper remoulade gave it a little zesty kick. I also added hot sauce and the vanilla syrup. Delicious!

Our server Humberto was incredible. The food delicious and creative!! Loved the entire experience!!

Had the most awesome time there. My food which was excellent priced was delicious. Was there for my birthday visiting from Houston..And I was made to feel very special by management and my very kind and concerned waiter Michael..I will definitely come back on my next visit to Vegas. Keep up the great work!

Delicious French Dip Steak Sandwich, Chicken Club, salads, seasoned fries, the place was lively with professionals enjoying their lunch meetings upstairs and couples gathering to combine a midweek Wednesday afternoon lunch date before a busy Fourth of July Weekend.
