Service at N. Main was awful, young lady was rude and tore the bread apart and literally threw the Meats on the bread and when I asked for a little extra lettuce she responded "I can't put anymore than I already put". The service on Valley like night and day I will never go back to N. MAINand

Not a good experience. I got there hungry for dinner and went to use the restroom before I ordered a meal and immediately lost my appetite. I couldn't believe how dirty it was. There was toilet paper all over the floor over flowing out of the trash can and worst part the toilet seat had blood on it as well as the inside! It was just filthy I didn't even want to touch the saop dispenser. It just made e question the cleanliness in the kitchen. From one manager to another that is unacceptable. I think some training and rules are due.

Untrained employee did not accept Subway complimentary drink receipt and discarded in trash, making it impossible to use elsewhere. Unfortunately this was our third strike with Subway errors and we are giving up on the chain.

The past 3 times I’ve ordered I’ve received the wrong sandwich/ingredients regardless of whether I have gone in or ordered online (not sure how you get an online order wrong) when I have called to talk to the staff they have been rude, unapologetic and have given me answers basically saying that it’s on me to catch their mistakes, and just in general being incredibly disrespectful and even laughing when I’ve mentioned something. Ordered today 1/2/2021 around noon. Whoever the manager is needs to retrain on customer service. Disgusting.

Food & customer service was great.. The reason for giving them 2⭐ is because I had to ask the lady making our sandwiches to change her gloves (my bf asked for jalapeño's & I didn't); Some people don't seem to remember about "cross contamination"😕

$2.50 for 20 oz Coke put two little tiny pieces of cheese on my sandwich and I said can't you do a little better so they put two more tiny pieces and charge me an extra dollar so a 6 inch cold cut combo with a Coke cost $9.18

Had lunch. Only complaint other than another customers parking was that they were out of done cup sizes. Overall they have good service.
