DON’T ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I ordered two family packs inside the store using the kiosk because they don’t have anyone up front to take orders now. After getting home I got my food out and my order was wrong. I had no expectations of getting free food but I definitely wanted my money back for things that I paid for and didn’t get. I ordered tacos with sour cream which was an $0.80 up-charge for each taco. Only two of them had sour cream. I also had two tacos with tomato and they don’t come with tomatoes (And he said he made everything right). I also changed 4 of the 5 layer beefy burritos and had another up-charge for onions and red sauce. Only one had red sauce and two with onions. When I called the manager Marcos and explained he said I had to bring the whole order back so he could remake it. I explained that my husband just got out of the hospital and I couldn’t bring it back. He argued with me and said he is the one who made the order and he knows he made it right. At this point he is completely calling me a lier and I’m fed up! The LEAST he could of done is refunded me for the extra costs of the sour cream, onions and red sauce that I didn’t get on my order and I could have picked it up at a later time! I will never order from this Taco Bell again. He offered me nothing because I couldn’t bring the order back. I took pictures of each taco and burrito. Sending everything to corporate!

Estephania was nice when I first ordered breakfast on drive thru, but because I asked for a specific burrito without meat, she charged me instead for a cheaper burrito. Seemed fine until I got my order and got very little egg inside. I went back to ask if I could have it remade, to which she said it was the cheapest burrito they have. I asked if that meant I get less food, to which she just sighed, moved her head in annoyance, and said she could remake it. She took my first burrito back, threw it hard into the trash, then gave me another and shut the window behind her without me getting to ask further questions. If this was that much of a problem, or if this was true, I would have just ordered more food. No issue, but her attitude and lack of human connection to others left me an incredibly sour taste in my mouth. I did nothing wrong, but Estaphania treated me like I was a burden at 8am. I won't be coming back.

Made my order they either didn’t log it or forgot because I got to the window and the lady said “hello wait a second” and then closed the window in my face. Then she gave me my order with the drink and looked upset when I asked her for a straw for the drink I ordered. And to top it all off I get home and Oh look there’s none of the sauce I asked for. Place is trash

What a remodel! Taco Bell has always felt like the lowest end of fast food due to the stores, but not anymore. The design is modern and cozy. Even had a small lounge area. As always the food was great and fast. My wife and I were both surprised and how nice this store is now. Go give it a try if you haven't in a while.

At this location here in beautiful Las Cruces, the indoor establishment seems to be kept up fairly well and is clean, it's never to busy here at this location eighter is the the drive thru. The costumer service could be a little more polite and respectful, also food seems to be decent enough! Cheap and quick feeling up!
