They basically make rolled-up dosas with lots of different fillings. Really good and while a bit on the pricey side, they are totally worth it.
The hidden gem though are the lentil or maybe chickpea chips. Wow. Soooooo good. Probably not the healthiest thing but what an amazing alternative to potato chips.
